One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm from San Jose visiting friends and they recommended that we get pizza from there. I ordered the food at 5:38pm online to be delivered. Added a 15% tip on top of the delivery fee. The email says estimated 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery. I tried calling them around 10 times and to see where the order is. All I got is a busy signal. Had to get in my car and drive down there. When I showed up and told them what was going on they were just making the pizza. The guy tried to offer a 2 liter soda. I said we don't drink that type of soda. He said ok printed out the receipt and took off the tip and delivery fee? I told him I am not happy with having to drive all the way down here to pick up the order. Also that I tried to call ten times and the line was busy. He started making excuses that they just had a big party (14 people at a table) the rest of the place was empty. Then he preceded to tell me he has 1 driver. The guys attitude was really poor. 10 min later having to wait for the pizzas he said your order is ready. I told him that I was going to leave a bad Yelp review and said whatever. Worst customer service I've ever had at a pizza place. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
I grew up loving this place and the pizza. Boy has it really gone down hill. The staff was not professional looking or acting, most don't wear gloves when handling food. My 45 year streak of going here is over. Pretty sad that the management has let it get so run down while charging on the higher end of the scale.
They were 20 of us so we definitely overwhelmed them with multiple orders but the food was hot and or cold as needed and staff was amazing and friendly
As always good food but wait staff is very unfriendly and want you in and out no time to finish one course before the next is on table no more all you can eat salad we got one bowl for three of us. Very disappointing
The taco pizza was lousy with pea-sized over cooked hamburger and limited sauce and not like it used to be. Best to stay away and go to Papa Murphy's
05/11/2022I placed an order for a giant - 16" Kickin Chicken thin crust pizza on 05/11/2022 @ 3:39 pm. .. I was told that it would take 45 minutes to an hour For the pizza to be delivered. A little over an hour later I called to inquire about the delay of my pizza order . I was told that it was on the way. My pizza still didn't arrive for a good 20+ minutes. When I finally received my pizza. It was barely warm and it was dried out, as if it was kept warm over heating lamps for quite a while before delivery. I am definitely dissatisfied with the service that I received today on this order.
Very good pixxa, just a tad on the pricy side, but it is very good quality.
The staff was great the pizza was great and it was clean and happy atmosphere.
Restaurant was clean. Staff were hard at work. Food came out quickly and was delicious!
we live in California and we come up this way and always stop to have the best pizza...I was a pizza manager for over 15 years .So i know a good pizza when i taste it. paula Williams.....
