FRIED CHICKEN AND BACON! Hollandaise for days. The server was friendly the food was scratch made, and they gave us fresh preserves for their sourdough.. 5 stars, loved everything except the weird and modern architecture, might have been brutalist.. have to ask my uncle. Put those concerns aside, and have good breakfast here, serving avocado toast as well.. to keep the next generation from home ownership.

We found The Diner looking for lunch after touring the Evergreen museum complex. It was quite a fine actually, local ingredients, well prepared less usual (and usual, but better prepared) options. I had the vegetable hash, which I will say... tasted good but had far too much oil (there was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the dish) for me. I couldn't eat all of it but the veggies were local and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was delicious. It was just that oil. My husband's dish was similarly attractively prepared and he really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. It's five minutes from the museums, so it works well. Unfortunately, it is small so if you're visiting at a busier time, you may run into a wait.

This is a nice diner near the hospital. Hours are limited so check before you go.

I'm so glad I got to finally come and try out this place, I drove by it many times but wonder was it good my employees even wondered but now I got to experience The Diner and 5 star for sureServer was kind and sweet to my daughter, the cooks were on fire and did such a great job on the time and food. I had the melt down my daughter chose French toast she enjoyed it!! The cook Russ caught my eye, so I will be coming to eat there more often.. Good job ya'll you just got another regular and I will be spreading how you guys are rocking it with the amazing experience I had. Visit was 2-5-22

This place is delicious! I loved the hash. I will return every chance I get when I am visiting the coast. I highly recommend it.

This food was so delicious. We had dinner after visiting Evergreen airplane museum and it was the perfect way to end our evening. Yummy comfort food and very friendly service. Can't wait to come back when we're in town!

Fantastic, from scratch food that's consistent - great coffee. No fuss location (but more upscale than your usual diner) and great staff!

When you go to a restaurant that has fairly good reviews, you are expecting to have a good experience. Yesterday, that was not the case. I rarely leave reviews, but I read them all the time, so this is worth noting. The food we had was absolutely terrible. My hash browns were undercooked, cold in the middle. The restaurant was so cold inside my food was cold 2 bites in. My father's frech toast, the butter came out frozen, and when we mentioned it, the waitress laughed at him and said "that's because it's 40° in the kitchen, and laughed at him patted his back and walked away", you couldn't spread the butter so the French toast was not enjoyable at all. The sausage tasted raw and just put an ill taste in your belly with just 1 bite. We told the waitress all of this when she asked if we wanted boxes. "No thanks, this food is terrible" . She proceeded to laugh again and gave us our bill. We paid and left. We will never go back. The fact that she didn't even try to help make things better just made it all worse.

Menu is somewhat limited but they have some interesting drink options!Food was good and service was superb. We were late getting there but we were still welcomed upon arrival! Will go again!

Best eggs benny in the valley. Always inventive and always fresh. If you haven’t tried it you should.
