We went there today around noon 6-5-22 we thought we would eat inside. I would have given no stars at all!!! We were the only ones in line. We waited and waited and watched several cars go through the drive through but they ignored us. Then they said we will be right with you so we waited and waited and waited then we thought let's just leave and they said oh we will be right with you, so we waited and waited and waited and they would come up to the register and not look at us so we turned around and went to Mazatlan and got waited on right away.
I ordered doordash that consisted of a steak power bowl, a burrito, a chicken melt and cinnabons. They got everything right except the power bowl which was completely wrong. Instead of steak, it was a chicken one. I had specifically asked for no avocado ranch sauce and added creamy jalapeno sauce and instead it had the avocado sauce. It still tasted good, but they need to double check before they hand it out. I paid extra for the jalapeno sauce.
Haven't visited this location in quite some time due to multiple visits consistently having incorrectly filled orders and/or ridiculously long waiting time. Ordered a nacho bellgrande meal that should have came with a Supreme taco, the ingredients that were actually still in my taco and not all over the bottom of the bag due to it being half wrapped had zero Supreme ingredients, no sour cream or tomatoes. Nacho bellgrande is very light on the toppings and collected to one side of the container. You all need to pull it together. Always feel ripped off here. Un-like any other tacobell I've ever been too.
Great customer service. The employees are extra friendly and very on top of making sure orders are correctly made. 5 stars.
I received less than 10 chips in my chips and cheese. Just looking at it, you can see its less than half full. Extremely lazy employees working at this location. I don't believe taco bell is trying to short me on chips, just lazy employees. I drive through mcminnville on business frequently, and I will no be eating at this location again.
What even is this place? 25 minutes to order, another 10 to get to the window. More people turned around in the parking lot when they saw the queue than actually joined it.Managers of this location, if you're reading this: If what you're doing to cause these horrific drive through times is in the name of saving money, it's not working. You are actively losing customers.
This place has FAILED to get its act together. More times than not you’re waiting a good 30 minutes to even get to the window to order. And another 10 to even pay. They aren’t friendly what so ever. And half the time you’re missing ATLEAST one of your items. It’s probably faster to go to another town to get your food versus waiting for it here.
Don't order from here. Bottom line is they can't get a order right to save their lives. The poor doordash people were running back and forth and I was charged $24 for a chulupa box ! Which, I was I was ok with but they were at my house 3 different times and I ended up with a extra box, even after they took back the original order that wasn't what I wanted. . I am totally frustrated about this.
Never been to an even close to worse taco bell and I've lived all over nationwide. These kids have no sense of work ethic and not once have I wanted less than an hour to an hour and a half for food. Trapped in line. NEVER again. Food has been wrong multiple times after the insane wait. What is going on with this place? This is over 9 months time bad consistently? I won't eat at taco bell again unless I'm away from the only one that sucks to this very serious extreme: McMinnville.TACO BELL: you'd be better off to just close this location down. It's THAT bad.
Made me wait in there drive thru for +25 minutes. Wouldn't acknowledge the fact that they literally put me out of 30 minutes of my time and made me lose money on my delivery orders I was trying to pickup for the store. I made the mistake of misreading the small sign on their front door. Manager threaten to call the cops to get me to leave. I make my living on my time just as your business does. Why can't you just acknowledge the fact it happened and apologize. Great customer service.
