I hate to leave a negative review however this was the most stressful, unorganized location I’ve ever been to. The workers have NO idea what they’re doing, they’re very rude and unhelpful. They don’t care about your order, just the drive through. You give them clear instructions on how you want your sandwich just for them to do it wrong and get upset when you ask for it to be remade correctly. The lady with pink hair is super mean, she doesn’t even address you or make eye contact. she talks quiet like a mouse but when you talk to her she cuts you off screaming WHAT over you. I asked for a think line of mustard and she almost lost the top of the bottle squeezing so hard. So I was upset, I asked her to remove the mustard. And she seriously sighed and threw her hands up like it was so inconvenient. And then she starts complaining and throwing a fit in front of me about some coworker and how she can’t do this. Obnoxious. On top of this, the manager was standing at the counter while all of this occurred and did not say or do a single thing.
Friendly clean well maintained. They still have issues with the headsets they wear where you have to repeate yourselves multiple times so they can hear you. I never want to have to be this passionate about wanting Spinish on a sandwich.
March 12, 2022 Served by 1668.As I was paying for my sandwich, I often like to leave a 20% CASH tip but the card reader wouldn't "SKIP" that part. So I asked the purple-haired cashier to skip it for me and after she pushed a button she just walked away. She didn't put my sandwich in a bag nor did she say, "thank you". So I bagged my own sandwich and left. She didn't get anything. Poor customer service...too bad.
I cant believe one of the girls working there with a tattoo that says toxic on her face can treat customers like that. I hope management figures out what her issues are.
Very rude and very snobby and had no patience with when I wanted more then one sandwich
Same subway fare, but I was disappointed to find out they don't do chopped salads anymore. Instead they just layer the items in the bowl and squirt the sauce on top, totally unsatisfactory. I was told they'd stop doing the copper salad a year ago. I was disappointed with the salad they made for me.
I would give it zero stars if I could. We asked for BLTs and got plain dry bread with bacon… they weren’t busy, there’s no excuse.

I go here a lot, because of convenient placement to work. But every single order I get, they get incorrect, whether it’s forgetting all meat or adding extra things onto my sandwich I didn’t ask for. That and when going in, in person and saying Italian bread and getting the cheese bread instead when stating it 3 times. It’s subway, so you get what you get being as low tier as subway is. But someone is not training their employees.
By now well you all know my reviews by now I don't say too much unless the place is really really good or really really cruddy this Subway is now officially the worst subway in McMinnville Oregon after standing in the store for about 15 minutes and being totally ignored by female staff members I'm told that they can't take my order cuz they're doing other people's orders I was the only customer standing in the store at the time rude disrespectful young teenage looking unattentive employees this is what's going to close this place down great work keep it up you'll be out of business soon.
