Good pizza but they seem to have started getting thin on toppings
Rude staff. Have actually watched staff talk badly about customers as soon as they had left amongst themselves in front of other customers. Try to call in an order...either no answer or it is picked up and immediately hung up. Like the pizza, but guess I'll have to drive to newberg. Disappointed for sure.

Employee thought it's a good idea to tell customers what terms I should order by before I even got to finish the order, last time I checked that wasn't your job description. Been a customer since it was papa aldos. Oh well they don't my money.

The guy at the counter did not explain which pizzas the dairy free cheese could be added to, so instead of telling us which ones were applicable, he instead added three extra toppings to the pizza I ordered. He mentioned it would only be a "little bit more." money.What I did not expect was that it charged us for three toppings, which totaled to $7.50. That made my dairy free pizza almost $25, which is way more than I was planning on paying. I wish the extra charges were explained to us in a straightforward and honest manner before we paid. Not pleased with my experience here at all.

Bad customer service. Prices extremely high for low quality pizza, skimpy toppings, cheap cheese, and funny how the pizzas just keep getting a little bit smaller. This used to be my go to place when I needed a quick meal for the night but now I can count on feeling disrespected and disappointed and out 50 buck for garbage pizza. Somehow they manage to charge more than other pizza restaurants for literally everything and they are the only ones that don't have to pay to cook the food. Business owners must really have little respect for who they are serving. When employees are asked about the increasing prices, poor quality and decreasing toppings they are defensive and rude, if they even bother to look up from their phones long enough to address you at all.
