I’ve eaten here numerous times since I work down the road it’s convenient. Well I am just now getting out of being sick from food poisoning for two days after eating here on may 11th. After I had finished my meal, my coworker warned me saying he deleted the app and refuses to come back due to the same reason. After experiencing myself, I will not be going back to this location. I had the chow mein, orange chicken, and the new shrimp they came out with.

I went here with my service dog, and they kicked me out because I couldn't wear a mask because of medical condition, and my dog can't do her job if I have a mask on.

They don't care about people's medical condition or they're disabilities they treat you with disrespect and will not serve you.
The rights of employees are violated by the managers Daniel (Who goes by the name tag Jerry), Caleb and the HR. HR is not run at this location. David is also a fascinating person. Take note, some customers are also making unjustified complaints towards employees. Some customers are slandering the names of employees as well as certain employees slander the names against other employees.
I have eaten here multiple times. I have never had a problem with service or food. Just today 12/9/21 I was served raw chicken. It's clear that the piece of chicken was cut too thick and didn't cook all the way through. It was crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. I would advise anyone to avoid eating their almond chicken. I tried to call multiple times to handle this quietly. They let their phone ring and they don't have a voicemail. One time when I called, they clearly picked up and then ended the call.Aside from this the two ladies working for very nice. I didn't finish the rest of the food but what I did eat tasted good. I would rate the experience higher, however being served raw chicken is an instant zero for me. If the owner or manager wishes to reach out feel free.
Fast and efficient as always. Even if the line is five or so deep I don't leave where other places I might.The food is good, satisfying that craving for something saucy or greasy we all get from time to time. Price are also pretty great considering you get two meals worth of food if you get the plate with 2 items and a side.I didn't give it five stars because there is nothing revolutionary or mind blowing going on here, it's just American Chinese food done fast and well. If the competition was just fast food this place would be in the five star range.But man, when indulgent, saucy, salty goodness is what you want look no further.

The food was mediocre, the service was just bad, unprofessional. They really didn't care how they acted in front of customers. I am not a fan of poor customer service.
