I came here because I Thought it would be fast but (boy was I Wrong) it took over 20min to get my food and they got my order wrong!!!!! But I thought maybe it was a bad time a few hours later I came back to order Lunch (because it was near the hospital) and my quarter pounder was raw in the middle it was disgusting not to mention the freezer door was open all day I saw so the food was thawing out (tryed asking an employer about it and he ignored me) let’s just saw I’m never going again
Sat in line for twenty minutes to get an egg McMuffin. The line was moving very, very slowly. Right as we pulled up to the speaker the menu changed over to lunch. We asked about breakfast and the lady said no. Not cool. Fine. I ordered a McDouble. A bite was taken out of it when I received it.I rarely ever come here, because the service is so bad, but even on the rare occasion that I relent against my better judgment they remind me, without fail, how bad they are.
It is 5:30am they say it opens at 5 there is 2 people sitting in different cars in the parking lot,, the menu board is on! If you tell people you open at five you should have everything warm and ready to cook at five that means people should be inside WORKING before 5. This is no way to install work ethic into people! If you can't get to work on time and or can't remember NO PICKLES OR ONIONS then I think you found you dream job
Drive thru line was long but moved fast. Friendly service. Three stars only because this restaurant doesn’t support the mobile app, which means longer transaction time and inability to use deals.
Drive thru was pretty backed up, so it was slow moving. The food was weird because my McChicken was tough and it was like it had been overcooked or been sitting in the warmer for awhile. The kids working the drive thru windows were extremely nice though.
CHECK YOUR ORDER! They pulled us over to wait for hash brown, and when the order came....zero hash browns! Ummmmm. What?!? They also forgot the salsa. Then once the food made it home and we opened the wrappers, one of the breakfast sandwiches was wrong...missing an egg and cheese. Argh! How difficult is it to read an order board and double check all items are correct and in the bag? Food was pretty tasteless, but warm. Added some salt, then it was acceptable.
They are doing construction to build a two lane drive thru. Service was good, food was hot and order was correct.
It has been pretty hit & miss & I give quite a few chances but how do I keep getting cold food? I like my cheese melted on my Cheeseburgers or Big Macs... I will end up giving another chance but please... I rather wait a little longer to have hot food with melty cheese. P.S. Sweet Tea is usually pretty delicious ?
Letting selective customers use the lobby even though it says the lobby is closed? Plenty of staff there, because they left the door open I accidentally went in. Literally, full crew. A small woman began screaming at me, pointing at the signs, then lied and said this customer was her manager. Drive thru wasn't even busy but took a ridiculous time to get orders ahead done. Two stars because it's a McDonald's, the food is ok, but golly. Customer service is important.
Drive thru was coned off so went inside because the note on the door stated they were open until 6pm due to the weather. All employees ignored myself and the other customer until I walked around the counter and loudly asked if they were closed or what was going on. If you closed earlier than what you said "oh that was yesterday's note on the door...we closed at 4pm." maybe you should have locked the doors or at the very least told the customers you were closed instead of completely ignoring them. My visit before this one the food was thrown into the bag and one of the sandwiches came unwrapped and a couple other times before that the order was completely screwed up. Sad thing is that this is the closest McDonald's to us and even then it's a bit of a drive.
