I was at Mac Market for a pre IPNC dinner and Mac Market chef was the caterer. Despite the intense heat wave, the event had no mechanical fans, portable coolers, or misters. I had to repeatedly ask for water and when I asked for ice I got a cup and the rest of the table of 16 or so got none. Passed hourderves were delicious, rice balls and cucumber slices with Fava relish. However, for the very large price, the dinner ( only 3 courses) was a huge bust. Every course except dessert was built around or with cucumber including 1 or the 2 passed bites. The spicy chilled soup was perfect and refreshing but very small. Dinner was lamb leg that was overcooked, dry, tough, gristly and served with a fork and no steak knife. Just a regular knife, making it largely inedible. Oh, and more cucumber. Dessert was also delicious and all of us who sent our dinners back uneaten gobbled up dessert and the delicious wines that were poured. I didn't ask for a better piece of lamb since I was so off put by sweating while I ate outside and sawing at my food. 2 people around me ate their dinners, the rest sent it back like me. When all was said and done, I ate yogurt at home and went to bed. Very dissatisfied that this group is introduced as chefs and served this food and did not accommodate for the heat wave aside from moving this party from the mezzanine to the alley. I would not come here to try their regular menu after this experience for a very special event.

Delicious food and drinks in a great environment! They clearly make use of fresh and seasonal ingredients that are grown locally and it shows in the quality of the food. Great place to grab food or drinks, especially when the weather is nice!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Very friendly vendors with unique & earth-friendly products. Farm to table food, everything we ate was fantastic. Our drinks were made with very clean ingredients and loved the freshly infused flavors. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Mac Market is great! A warehouse type space serving great food and drinks. We were in for lunch yesterday and the focaccia pizza was my favorite I’ve ever had! We returned later last night for the Wine Country Pride Drag Extravaganza featuring the Diva Drag Brunch. The are was set up nicely, they appeared to be fully staff-made pretty and delicious drinks quickly, everyone we talked to were very friendly and engaging. Can’t wait to come back for Pride weekend next year as well as other times throughout the year!

Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food!

We were in McMinnville for wine country pride weekend and we had lunch and drinks at the Market. The focaccia pizza was so delicious! We went back later in the evening for the drag extravaganza to see the Diva Drag Brunch group (they were phenomenal). The Market was a perfect venue! Friendly staff and great food! Can’t wait to go back!

What an incredible place! The food and cocktails are 5 star. Get the sesame citrus ginger cocktail, best drink I have ever had. The menu rotates, but today there was a scallion pancake with fried calamari and turnip green pesto that was just incredible. Lots of other products to purchase at the market as well, plus they had a free wine tasting pop up! Such a great experience

How is every meal here so life-changing? Every time I come for a meal I know it will be good but every time I come away thinking, “that was the best meal of my life”. The best word to describe the food and drinks of Mac Market is HARMONIOUS. Everything is so gorgeously balanced and exquisitely composed. I think the best thing is that the atmosphere is relaxed and grounded, and you feel so at ease spending time in the space.

Love the ambiance, the cocktails, and the food was absolutely amazing!

Really cute place. Very covid safe(huge warehouse type space, seats very far away). We actually drove an hour to try it!:) We tried the whole menu, except the focaccia. Some stand outs were the olive oil cake, lentils, and grazing platter..and this amazing Cara cara orange jam! We appreciated that such a young chef tries to take some risks and make an ever changing, global, and seasonal menu...hard to do. You can tell she's really passionate about what she does. On a small note, we do wish the drinks had less herbal(?) taste, but maybe that was just us, or happened to be the way our two drinks were supposed to taste(one did have aquavit, which I guess isn't for us). We do hope to come back with friends.
