Tasty food and very good smoothies and juice. I would recommend doing take out when possible because there isn't a lot of seating. Overall a nice vegan-friendly spot.
Our group was traveling through McMinnville and needed a place to stop for a snack. Heather was SO accommodating as we worked together ahead of time to get things ready. She was very prompt with our correspondence and my mind was at ease that all would be taken care of. The food was prepared on time and she went out of her way to make sure we had a place to sit down and eat. We enjoyed the food and very much enjoyed our experience, it actually made me fall in love with McMinnville and I hope to return! I highly recommend this place, you will be in good hands!

You would be absurd to not do some of your local shopping at Local Flow Health Bar! I ordered some gift cards for the holiday shopping with them and started to panic as I had not seen them in the mail yet, for whatever reason. And I emailed them back saying I had not got them and they made sure to get it sorted out and took care of my concern quickly.Superb customer service which is difficult to see with large companies like Amazon and other retailers.
