Although typically a great experience at this location, tonight was not the case!
Its little caesar. Management must suck because the level of care from the employee is .... yeah what can I say its 6 to 10 dollar pizza.I do like little ceasar and us it in Coosebay, Hillsboro, and other areas around the metro.Here in Mcminnville its a roll of the dice and every try I have taken has been bad 1 to 2 star level. But over all I like the pizza and the price.If you can I would avoid this location. Do Domino's they are close to the price. Maybe a better tasting pizza for the price.
Got home from a 10 hour drive. Due to the weather we stayed across the street at them McMinnville Inn. My husband walked across the street paid for pizza and had asked the young man if we could have a plastic bag and he was very rude as we had bread and pizza sauce and he said no I can’t give you a plastic bag upon returning back to our hotel we got the wrong pizza and when I called I called back seven times and no one answered the phone I highly recommend you guys using this pizza if anyone ever stays in the vicinity of this little Caesars
Did not even get to order. Little rude lady comes out and says very rudely we open at 12 and points at the sign. No good afternoon. No hi im glad your here. No anything as far as customer service. If you going to treat your customers rudely, you wont have any. Have a good day. You need to teach customer service to your employees.
Bad service. I got the wrong order rude customer service. Asked for a bag to carry my stuff across the street got a aitudde and was told no we don't give out plastic bags. So t had to juggle a pizza and bread stick with were all the wrong order across to Street. To where I was staying in the ice and snow. Got back to the room found out had the wrong order tried calling back 7 times no answer. So Madd at cousmter service at this location. Will never go there again.
It is what it is. I like the deep deep dish with pepperoni and its worth the money you pay but it's definitely cheaper pizza.
I love their drive up window option. The food is consistently hot and cheap. Good place to pick up a quick family meal
The young man that took my order was personable and kind. My pizza was ready very quickly and it tasted of perfection. I will be returning for sure.
Simple painless contact less delivery, in a time when orders are wrong its nice to get things right.
Made me wait Hella long and got my order wrong after I waited and repeated it 3 times.
