They forgot my drink and didnt even bother giving the correct sauces. For an out of town experience it was not the best. They also forgot to give me a receipt so I had to request one.

I asked for the kfc sauce to go with my meal, I was given Heinz tomato ketchup.... ketchup on chicken? No.
Nice that the dining area was open. It's kinda dark and old. Just saying.

Loved the Classic Chicken sandwich! It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of Mayo and pickles! I will definitely be back the next time I am in McMinnville! Super nice staff, fast and efficient!

This isn't a problem with the food or the staff. This is a problem with the owners of this franchise.They don't tell you when you are ordering that they will substitute the bucket meal you asked for, for a different one. They don't tell you this when they take your money. It only came up when I questioned why my order was $11 more than it should be ($48 vs $59)If you try to talk to them they are quick to point out "we are a franchise and can do what we want". If you aren't going to honor the advertised prices, the least you can do is tell customers that at the time they order.
I never used to go to any KFC ever but this fried chicken sandwich was a game changer and the fries are fire. Hahaha for real.
