Everytime I go there I have a 20 minute wait in the drive through.
UPDATE: It’s been over a month. The owner had replied to this review, and requested I submit a comment through their website. I did, and heard nothing back. Seems like they were just trying to save face.Ordered an impossible burger with no tomato. Got tomato and a RAW beef patty.
STORE IS CLOSED!!! DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY YOU SHOW UP…THE DRIVE THRU IS BLOCKED BY A CONE AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED FOR THE DINING ROOM!!! NO ONE IS EVER THERE, EVEN THOUGH LIGHTS ARE ON AND A CAR IS PARKED THERE AND YOU CAN SEE SOMEONE MOVING AROUND INSIDE!!!
(Edit: In response to Jack in the Box's reply. I have already gone to their website and filled out a survey and asked for someone to contact me. I have not received a response. They don't actually care and won't be doing anything. I guess I'll need to contact the health department.) I ordered a number #6 and #7 at the drive thru. Both burgers were stone cold and only had one patty each. The #7 is the bacon ultimate sandwich. There was one piece of bacon about an inch and a half long. Completely unacceptable. I don't understand how this kind of laziness gets to keep working.
If I could leave 0 stars I would!! My daughter is sick now!!! She ate 2 tacos! And they didn't even give us our whole order. The burgers had some sort of slime in them. We were missing half our order and when we were pulling out of the drive thru they closed and wouldn't answer the phone at 5:30 pm!! . There was a person out of uniform walking in and out of the store putting stuff in her car that she clearly was living out of. The woman serving us in the drive thru was clearly intoxicated. I have been trying to call the store all day no one is answering!!!! I have tried to call corporate and customer service and neither of the numbers are in service!! I am so mad!!! Someone needs to respond to my review!!!
I oredred the ne cluck sandwich.i have had popeye sandwiches before.The cluck is garbage. 6.99. 3 bites in i threw it away.Do not order the cuck sandwich.Very bad.It is in the top worst things i have eaten.Griss..Shame in ha k i. Iff.
The food was better than other Jack in the box locations. But if you getting a big order through the drive through prepare to be laughed at. I have a family of six and by meal five the employee was laughing over the mic. When reviewing the order the host continued to laugh while reading over the order. It was not a great experience but I guess we are all human. Overall the food was good as expected but I probably will not go to that location again.
I have gone there 4 times in a month to find them closed during dinner hours, the owners and management need to change this is ridiculous. I tried to call their phone number but it just rings endlessly. You can be open during breakfast but not for dinner? I would like someone to contact me directly! Maybe you should fire the manager and pay your employees better!
Why are you closed at 9 PM on a Saturday? You would think that would be a great time to be doing business. At least the drive through.
I came by at 10 pm last night and the manager on site was locking up the building and the drive thru was blocked off by a cone. I asked him if he was closing and he said yes because he was short staffed. I said “it says online that you don’t close til 12” he said he only had 2 staff on. What I don’t understand is why does it take more than 2 employees to run a fast food joint at 10 at night? I have worked in food for 10 years and 10pm is certainly not a very busy time.
