Waited just under an hour for food. Was told we had two tables ahead of us. Both those tables came in after us and were much larger parties with more complex orders. Food was lukewarm at best and had obviously been under the lamp for a while. Watched a family sit down after us, eat, and leave before our food arrived. Saw server twice all wait, once for drink delivery/order taking and once when food came out. Would have left before food got to the table had it not been for my child asking to stay for her meal.
Great service, good food and served hot and fresh, even though I can see that they're under staffed. My food is always exactly the way I order it and delicious.
Elijah he was extremely courteous and professional, he definitely made our visit remarkable, big shout out to him, would definitely want his manager to know about his excellent hospitality, thanks a lot! Will totally recommend this place for all my friends and family just because of the great service he provided, thanks buddy keep it up!
I have been here since 6:30pm finally got my food at 7:30pm. Once I received my food it was cold and still didn’t receive my order complete. Whomever owns this franchise needs to either come in and help the employees are not open the doors when their cook and servers are the same person.
Mac IHOP is the worst ran restaurant I’ve ever been into. Stay away! I waited 45min for a table and a dozen tables were open and half dozen tables dirty never got picked up the whole time I was there, snd I was seated for 20 min and not once did anyone ask me for a drink if I was ready to order or not, and I saw a half dozen people get up and walk out and I finally walked out. The people seated looked like they were all upset and waiting on food. Short staffed on top of a poorlyTrained staff this place is the worst ran business I’ve ever seen.It’s always been like this since they opened it’s just getting worse. Manager or lack of and owners should he ashamed of themselves.

Service was slow, the menu removed my favorite item and the food ended up being meh. My coworker and I both agreed to never eat at this IHOP again and will pretend that dinner never happened.

We ordered delivery. I got 2 pancakes, they were good, 2 eggs hash browns, they were cold. I ordered a pepsi for 4 buck haha my husband ordered a strawberry shake, it was awesome but for 9 bucks won't get it again. He got a burger that was fantastic and a side of mozzarella sticks that tasted fishy and they were gross. Our total order was 43 bucks and we won't be using them again unless we just get burgers. The pickles on their burgers are good too. Burger was juicy.
Didn't get the full order. Food wasn't great either. Have had better IHOP experiences in the past at different locations. Manager was nice to talk to. Hopefully they make good changes for the future
