Was delivered a pizza that the greese had soaked through the box on both sides. Greese ran off of every piece and the crust was soggy. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had
I ordered a pizza online tonight, I use the app and waited patiently. Looking at the tracker and saw that it was at the "in prep" stage for an hour. So my wife called, was hung up on the first time, then was told that we have a 3 hour wait time... she called back and asked for a refund. The employee that was speaking had a very dismissive tone of voice and was rude in the words she chose. I don't rate businesses like this lightly. I fully understand and know what it's like to work in the food industry. However, this was not a pleasant experience and I would reccomend that customers are forewarned of any long waiting times and that employees try their best to maintain some positive attitude despite a big dinner rush.
I have given this place many trys and they always seem to mess somthing up. This last order tonight is the straw that broke the camels back. They said 30 minutes for delivery so I ordered and waited. Only ordering because of the quickness! My order left 30 minutes later and took a 35 min car ride all around town getting cold and soggy. Not to mention they forgot 2 of my ranch that I paid for. 40$ with a 5$ delivery fee for what? Soggy, cold and missing items? Called the store and they give you a free 2 topping pizza ($5.99) for your troubles with the horrible service they provided. It's unfortunate that they do not not take better care of thier customers.
Tonight the pizza was perfect the service was fast and friendly. Matthew was really nice and made sure everything was perfect when he brought the pizza to my car.Pay more for the pan pizza crust it is really tasty and worth the up charge. We love the cinnamon twists. If you use the app the prices aren't that bad. The manager is really friendly and good at solving issues.
I would have gave it five stars but the fact that they couldn't make it to my car in time for a curbside pickup made me a little upset but I got a free pizza out of it so four stars food was delicious just like I ordered just a wee bit late but I do love the fact that they got a clock counter for when you do curbside pickup

Pizza, chicken wings, lava cake.... Can't beat it. They have come a long way in the past few years. Even the guy in the pizza van (attached photo) enjoys Dominos every once in awhile. A little more quality over speed. And my daughter likes the chalkboard in the waiting area.
This location provides consistently great customer service, the pizzas are fresh and hot, and our experience with pick-up have been excellent.
I'm so disappointed this is the 2nd ti.e in a month 1st time they sauced my No sauce pizza, tonight they sauced it again plus it was spose to be thin crust,, I even called after placing my order,,,so I call to find out what's up and they say they are out of thin crust, why not tell me that when I called,,,so once again I didnt get pizza,,,I woulda dealt with the pizza but Not the sauce. So the only reason I gave them 2 stars is the delivery people are Always awesome
