A couple weeks ago, my daughter went to get food. She came back, and told me that they didn't give her a receipt, nor the change she was supposed to get. She paid 13.50, and she was supposed to get 1.50 back. They never gave her anything. Today I went to speak with the owner, and I told him everything about the situation. He just told me "If it's just 1.50 then I don't want to waste my time talking about 1.50." He spoke to me with very rude manners. The principle of this review is being honest to the customer. Very poor service, and will never be back again.
They NEVER get my order right. EVER. It’s never ever right, I don’t get it???? I get a blizzard with one type of candy add extra stuff and it’s always wrong?? ?? this last time I wanted a snickers blizzard and it’s peanut butter cups. I don’t get it. I’ve worked at restaurants and it just seems like if blizzards are your thing then they should be made right? Idk, either way I’m done trying to give them a chance.
Just pulled in on 4/28/2022. Covid is over and all mandates have been lifted. Was greeted with a locked door. Looked inside and saw teens and young kids eating. I walked to the drive through window who was serving and asked if the dining room was open. The girl laughed and said "no". I said "are you kidding. Covid is over and I see people eating inside"...she laughed and repeated that dining room is closed.These clearly were her friends and were serving her friends but not paying customers.Never again will I come here as the kids who run the place clearly run it as they wish outside of normal operating procedures
This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The employees are sullen and don’t care about their customers. Management is a joke, if something is wrong with with an order, it’s the customers fault every time. The only way to be able to go there is to accept in advance that Your order will most likely be wrong - but it’s your fault, the blizzards and sundaes will be REALLY short on all the toppings - that’s your fault too. The hamburgers and fries will either be burnt or raw and drowning in condiments - your fault.If you have a choice, go ANYWHERE other than the McMinnville Dairy Queen. At least that way, it is your fault…
I have ordered from them before. Blizzards are what you expect….however, if you are a dasher…don’t pick up orders. The last 6 times I have picked orders up they will not allow you in the lobby. Hardly acknowledge you. And all the teenagers talk and never do their job. The lobby is disgusting, as since it is closed they are turning it into their own personal break room. The front counter is dirty and cluttered. This place has really gone down since the pandemic…especially for how busy it is

❤❤❤ Joyous yummers here! I will visit again! The chicken strips are absolute god tier, and so are the blizzards! We ordered and the cashier was super awesome! Person driving had a full on passionate conversation about restaurants with the cashier. Unfortunately, the dine in was closed at the time. So we ate in the parking lot. While I was there, I was with a 6 year old that is extremely attached to me and sees everyone but me as a seeping mole rat (I am concerned for this child, FYI)- she ordered the exact same thing I did and copied my every movement. I take a bite of my mind-blowingly delicious butterfinger blizzard, she takes a bite out of hers. I eat a chicken strip, she eats one of hers. I cross my leg over one (?), she does. This has absolutely no relation to this Dairy Queen, thought I'd share. I'm very nice to that kid. (Probably because I'm terrified of her. I would like my friend (her older brother) to stay in one piece.) The name Dairy Queen is worth the title. Dairy is delicious. Said people who aren't lactose intolerant- I'm not. Your food is awesome, and the customer service is godly! Please keep making the blizzards, they're the only thing keeping me going. Love ya. 10/10

Wasn't the best experience at a DQ. Simple order, chicken strip basket with onion rings. Didn't get the onion rings, and even though they weren't that busy, the wait seemed rather long, considering that they're dining area is closed, for some reason..!? Better luck next time, I hope. ?♂️?♀️
