Paid $30 on door dash for a protein bowl. It literally had a spoonful of food in it. I took one bite and was at the bottom. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous no joke.
Hadn't eaten anything that day. Got a chicken and guacamole bowl around 11:30 and an hour and a half later I'm feeling terrible. Sweats, nausea, other bodily functions were not happy.... safe to say it was absolutely the chipotle I had at this location. Only other thing I've had today was water. Not okay, will not go back. Not happy about this.
I keep hoping it will get better, but I can count more bad experiences with this location than good. Food always cold and our orders are usually wrong. I havent gone in to the store recently, so I cant comment on service.
Went in at lunch time today, not very busy yet they were out of so many things! No guacamole, no pico de gallo, no queso, no hot salsa, no kids build-your-own containers. The girl kept messing up on what I wanted and blamed it on being at work since 7am. Why wasn't anything prepped then?!? It's lunchtime on a Saturday!!! Terrible service too!
This is a great place for a reasonable, healthy bite.The food quality is pretty decent, and its easy to work around allergies like wheat and egg.Sometimes the meat is left out on the heat tray for so many hours its crusty and kinda old but still manages to taste pretty decent.I eat here a few times a month and love the carnetas, chicken and steak.I highly recommend this place for a reasonable quality meal that wont break the bank!
My husband and I decided to try out the local Chipotle store for dinner last night. We just didn't feel like making anything since we've been so busy moving.We both got burrito bowls, and the person assisting us did a nice job. We're glad to have a Chipotle nearby, and will definitely be back.
I was starving and I have to say the convenience of ordering online and having my order ready in five minutes to pick up at the drive through was convenient and nice. The burrito I got was consistent with the Chipotle experience - however - it was ice cold. Not sure how - maybe they have their refrigerators running on full blast?After I ate my cold burrito, I felt shame for not going to Tequila Grill instead, a local business and a favorite which is consistently good, fast and HOT!
Went to the store twice in one night for orders. ALL the lights are on, including the “Open” sign. Hours on door state that they are supposed to be open. NO sign on ANYTHING stating why closed…at least 5 cars were “waiting” for orders they placed on the mobile app or DoorDash.I have eaten here before, food is great and employees are sweet!!! It getting several orders &&& not able to pick up, even though it is supposed to be open is kind of ridiculous.
Always been skeptical on Chipotle since both of my experiences prior in different cities have been unfavorable. But this location definitely changed my mind, for once I actually felt like I was eating prepared food and not left overs. 10/10 would go here again the staff was pleasant and it was a quick and easy process.
If I could give this Chipotle a 0, I would! It is too bad that mcminnville ended up with such a horribly run store. What a joke. Fire your management immediately. Today I ordered online, was charged for the food and an hour and a half later my order was canceled. When I called the store, I was hung up on. I called corporate and they blamed Doordash for my order being canceled. I talked to Doordash who said they sent 3 separate people to pick up my food and 3 separate times my food was not ready. After the 3rd attempt, my order was canceled by the store. Talk about horrible customer service. I hope more people take the time to speak up about this horribly run store. What a shame. And to think I was so excited that mcminnville finally got a Chipotle. To management: you really need to step up. Your reviews are horrible and with good reason.
