Every single time i’ve gone there in the morning the workers are rude, and act like it’s a hassle to do the breakfast menu. They blatantly ignore you in the drive through and they can’t even properly put the sandwiches together, everytime i have to reconstruct it myself because it’s so thrown together. I understand morning shifts are hard, but you still need to properly do your jobs, there’s really no excuse. They’ve messed up my order multiple times, and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but everytime without fail they do something wrong. And it’s not just the average teen worker messing it up, it’s the management as well. They’re rude and not worth spending your money at.
Me and my step dad went there today(May 8th) because I needed real food because all I've had today(May 8th) was a donut from 7-11. So we walk in, there was someone complaining because they messed up their order, the person gives them something new, also there were Hispanics behind the counter, and one person just straightly looked at me and my step dad and just walked away, didn't even ask us, we can take your order whenever your ready, didn't even ecnolage that we were there. We basically waited there 10 minutes no one told us they were ready to take our order nothing, no words came out to me and my step dad. It was basically racism. I told my dad that we should go to Wendy's so we went to Wendy's. This was one of the Worst times at burger King I have ever had.
shame on you for throwing food at a customer(not me). hanging up on me for asking for your name. I called to tell you my order was wrong. and bc you were to busy throwing food at people you didn't give me my receipt, I won't go back as you stated "good" so what kind of cooperate would be ok with an employee that throws food at people and tells other customers SHE is ok with no having them back, treat every customer as if it your only customer. are you trying to get the only BK in town closed down bc that's how you get it closed down Para was it? that's your name? prolly spits in the food. bc that is the kind of employee that burger King highered. I expect that behavior when I go to McDonald's. I have contacted the bank to get my money back, bc I DIDNT get what I paid for. you didn't want to deal with me, so you can now explain to your manager why THEY have to deal with a bank. do your job, if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen LITERALLY, and don't take a customer service job. maybe you should be working for the garbage company since your whole attitude today toward myself. AND others is trash.
It's Burger King fast and simple... Unless you're doing doordash and then they forget a lot of about your items on the order list so you have to check and double check and then check again that's why I gave
Ok experience as far as fast food goes. Quick and the order was right the first time. Napkins , straws, and condiments also in bag without asking. A+

I went through drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich, the double with bacon and a large potato. I live 2 mins away sandwich wasn't right and cold and I got a small potato. Everything I come here my order is cold and wrong. I go months in between going and still the same everything. So done with BK
Came to this location around 5pm on 1/5/22. Drive thru line was long, but these darn Italian Chicken Sandwiches are yummy. Place even still had the promotion in the window (see picture attached to review), but they no longer carry it. So I had to wait in line to be told that then I was stuck in line to get out as there wasn't anything else there I felt like.Neither the person on the speaker or the young man I spoke to at the window apologized. How hard is it to take down your promotional materials on time? Wasted a good chunk of my evening due to what I can only think is laziness. Sorry this location, I won't be back!
Came in December 30th at 7:50a.m. ordered a 2 for 5 breakfast sandwich. First one I ate was sub par. Second sandwich I ate was refrigerator cold. It also has a massive collection of DIRT, HAIR AND SAND on the freaking cheese. I spit it out, went into the store and asked 2 seperate times within 3 minutes to be helped. I was ignored by all 4 employees. It wasn't until I demanded help, that I actually got it. The lady that helped me, "caroline" or "carolyn" was shocked when i showed her the debri o. The cheese. However she couldn't offer me money back, and there was no manager present. She took down my name and number, and said a manager would call me at 11a.m. when she arrived. Manager name is apparently "itel", that's what the employee told me. I've called 3 times over the past 7 days, and have been told I would receive a call back, because a manager is not present. I have pictures of everything as well.
