I stop at black rock coffee because they serve the BEST CARMEL MACCHIATO. No body beats a Black Rock coffee.
They've always made my blended drinks really good!!! I was bummed out today when my blended chai chiller was super watered down and didn't have a ton of flavor but will continue coming back due to the excellent service and blended drinks I've had in the past!!
Came in with a large order, they completed the order in a timely manner. Was greeted upon arrival and wished a good day out the door.But...The shop smelled of sour milk and stagnant water for the second time I’ve visited this year.
Love the friendly vibe of Black Rock! Girls on staff were having fun and all really nice. They helped me choose a blended drink with my favorite flavors. Barista Claire mixed a good one. Best coffee in McMinnville!
This is a sit down location with three good sized community tables and metal chairs. There are also four comfy upholstered chairs on both ends.As always, coffee is consistently good. Their customer service was mixed. There were 6 people who could have acknowledged the customers who were waiting. On the other hand, during other interactions, most were polite and helpful. There was also a training in progress so we know it's only going to get better.The food was decent, the wifi was not working, country music and rap filled the room while the volume was at times too loud. Cleanliness should improve. Great potential!
I visited from out of town and was hoping the coffe was going to be great. But from getting my order wrong twice to finally getting it right the third time and it still not tasting great, I was disappointed. However, Oregon hands down has the best customer service.
Was in last night with my daughter after almost being hit in drive threw was obviously upset only one worker seem to care the other two didn't say a word until I noticed a bunch of money lying on the counter at arms reached so I said yah there's a bunch of money laying on the counter the two workers that had previously ecnored my daughter and I looked at each other then one walked to get the money and said as long as you are not going to steal it and continued to be very rude after that even my daughter and I continued to be niceWhen a customer is still visibly upset from what just happened and is trying to help because she is aware I f all the robberies that have happened accusing them of trying to steal is not okay
If you’re looking for children with no life experience to poorly make you coffee while treating you like their high school bro, this is the place for you! Bad coffee, appalling customer ‘service’ all packaged in ugly design.
