I realize they are short staffed but... our classic and classic with cheese were barely warm, almost no arby sauce, and the cheese also very little and they look like a child just slopped it together. Then as soon as we got home after eating in our car in parking lot, i threw the sandwich up. So not the best, we usually have Arby's at a different location and have never had this problem.
Zachary and two off duty employees had EXCELLENT customer service. Lobby was closed and we had our motorcycles. They took our orders on foot and allowed us to sit in the lobby since we didn’t have cars to sit and eat.They went above and beyond with customer service and were prompt with the order.Thanks for the excellent experience.
Well the waiting is bad. Big waist of gas. But the food is really good. Worth the wait.
This was less than 1 star. We ordered 2 sandwhich meals and a kids meal. Just over $25.00. When we got home the Turkey Bacon was thrown away immediately! The wet bread and brown slimmy lettuce was so sickening.. The fries were very very old and cold. The second sandwhich was a one bite and trashed. The "melted cheese" was so old it was un able to be eaten at all. The kids meal however did provide a toy my child enjoyed. The toy however was not worth the 25 bucks plus I spent on dinner that got thrown in the trash. Total waste of hard earned money trying to treat the family!!!!
Just went through drive thru ordered the #2 the guy was so rude first off did not give me my change when I asked for it he rudely asked for my receipt I said you didn't give me that either it's only a few cents forget it he rolled his eyes at me. Then when I got my food no fry's when I asked about them he rudely yelled back to the kitchen and I was handed a soda cup full of frys. As I was leaving the window the rude guy made yet another rude comment that I won't repeat. My advice buddy find a job that suits you better or learn the one you got. We will not be returning.
It was pretty good the food is always good. I have to say I'm not too pleased with the prices that I'm seeing for just a small little Burger but that's at every single joint that I've seen.
Went through the drive up...took 30 minutes and got handed the entirely wrong order even after they asked 3 times what my order was. Fries were cold and stale.
I like Arby's herein McMinnville Oregon. There service going through the drive thru is pretty quick. Although I feel that they can with on letting you know what the specials are when you are ordering.
Worst wait time in Mac. You can sit in line for well over 30 minutes. The dude at the window literally could have won an award for slowest moving human I've ever encountered. I watched him slloowwwwwly place sauce ine by one in the bag like he was actually asleep or something. Same with putting the cap on a drink.... I thought I was gonna have an aneurysm watching him.
Got my roast beef slider which was good BUT there wasn't even 1 Arby's sauce in my bag!Slider w/o sauce is wrong!!!
