What a sad, disappointing experience. We were greeted at the door by a sign telling us they were out of turkey and ham. The staff added rotisserie chicken to that list.As others have pointed out, the kiosk system is a dystopian nightmare. We had to dodge so many screens pushing chips, drinks, and other accoutrements that we didn't notice missing options to add mayo, mustard, or oil & vinegar.The sandwiches were worse than the ordering process. Smaller than they used to be (bread was 1 mm thick). Bread was stale. Got about eight shreds of lettuce and five olives on a 6-inch sandwich.The owner should be run out of town. You'll find a better sandwich in the vending machine at a Greyhound station. Even Jared is embarrassed by this place.

I feel bad for employees that work here because during lunch hour they get slammed with customers in the store and with order pickup . If you go to this location around 12 , it can take up to 30 mins to get your order, and at times after waiting for that long, you get told that they don’t have the meat that you ordered. Management here needs to schedule more people.

Hey Subway owner or Corporate bean counter.. The kiosk blows.. Yea, a 5 year old would love the touch screen and order all kinds of sandwiches to your pleasure.. I walked in to get a 6 inch, started down the screen rabbit hole, then walked out. Went next door to a person and was served immediately. Well played guys, not coming here anymore, or any other subway that doesn't have a human to interact with. Support local. ??

Dirty!! Used the restroom and it was super dirty and inside was dirty the glass was dirty. The carpet was gross. Watch an employee cutting paper on the cutting board. Decided not to order anything.

Touch screen kiosk is ridiculous. It takes away from personal connection and customer experience. I won't be visiting this location again.

The new kiosk ordering system is less than ideal, the employees have zero customer service or communication due to the kiosks, and they are very slow.

Absolutely terrible since Subway introduced self-order kiosks. The glass is now covered up so you can't even see all of the ingredients available and how your sandwich is being made. I don't know if this is a franchise thing, but I would go to a Subway that has in-person ordering.

Placed an order online since that’s the only way you can order, the kid wasn’t making anything when we submitted the order. 30 minutes later, he is working on some other order. There is no way to cancel when you order online so apparently we just have to wait indefinitely for our food. There is no mama her available to speak to either.

Don't like using the touchscreen to order and they covered up the glass so you can't see your order being made, that's what sets subway apart from other fast food seeing them make the food!
