Service is great. Management cannot seem to keep hours consistent across platforms. App allowed me to order but upon arrival, their store was closed. :(
I really have enjoyed this Starbucks, it's been a great place to study and the baristas have been great. However, I found it a bit uncomfortable when sitting in the lobby I could hear a supervisor talking down to a barista and berating her. Its hard to feel comfortable in a place where workers aren't being treated with respect, and I hope that can be addressed
I stop in every now and then and the people here are always very nice and helpful. However, when it gets busy, I’ve noticed my simple order isn’t always what I ordered. They’re quick to fix it, but it would be better to read my previous order beforehand. For example, iced (light or not) and not iced is usually the issue or they don’t see the vanilla on a latte and it’s just a latte. This happens only when it’s incredibly busy which is understandable, but preventable.My other issue isn’t with the people who work here, again - they’re amazing. But with the drive through itself. WITH USING THE CROSSWALK, I’ve been almost hit numerous times from people flying around the corner. There’s no one there so I start to cross and then the next second someone is slamming on their breaks. BE careful. The drivers are not paying attention and there are no signs to say it’s a crosswalk
Both of our orders got messed up, and most of the other customers had to have their drinks fixed as well while we were there. Quality is poor at this location.
