Despite a lot of negative reviews citing the poor location, this is truly the best Starbucks I've ever been to from a staff perspective. Every barista I've ever interacted with there has gone above and beyond. When a barista recognizes you, they go out of their way to ask you about how things are going and follow up on conversations from past visits. That is super rare for a Starbucks. As corporate as this chain has become, this location manages to pack the small-town feel and experience into swinging by for your coffee fix. I sometimes go out of my way to stop by this Starbucks, even though I have locations much closer to me by my house and my office.
It was open till 7 pm and we were the last ones so got the whole place to ourselves. Staff was good.
Comfortable atmosphere and good WiFi. The store was very clean, staff was friendly and they had an ice assortment of drinks and bakery items.
The best Starbucks in Oregon! Always super quick through the drive-thru, even if they have a line wrapped around the block. Staff is always very friendly and warm, and quick to correct any mistake.
Hoping for better experience but keeps disappointing. Walking in for quick service before work. I almost slip as they were mopping without a sign before the wet floor. 6 people and no one at the counter to take my order. Try to walk out safely but the mopping continues around me. Staff says it is safe to walk on wet floors. Drive thru not an option as it is always a mess. Yesterday they got my order wrong . Want this place to work for me but my downtown location is so much more efficient with just two or three staff members.
WORST drive thru I have ever encountered. It’s not built big enough to accommodate the amount of people that line up. I sat on the street beside behind 3 other people trying to get in and got cut off after waiting patiently by people who has just pulled up. So ridiculous!!!!
Can't afford this on a daily basis. This is an occasional treat.

The way people stop traffic on Douglas way to get into the this Starbucks is so frustrating and dangerous. The city should make Starbucks change the layout to prevent the backups. Or move the location. Absolutely disfunctional.
