I do NOT recommend this company.i paid over 400- to have my Franci Francis machine fixed. It was not fixed properly and if you steam milk it fills with water. I contacted them and they were rude and wouldn't fix it right. They do not stand by their work. They don't even answer the phone. So dissapointed!!! Bad Business
I recently had Sapori refurbish, clean and fix a very old Francis Francis machine. They went above and beyond to find and piece together old parts and new parts to make this machine hum. They gave me plenty of choices for style, function and budget. Though, everything was so reasonable. Everyone at Sapori was speedy in their responses and fix-time. And, they were all so nice and pleasant to work with. I'm so thrilled to have found a company that I trust and I plan to work with them in the future. That reminds me, I need to order some more illy from them....
