Let me preface this by saying I've been a customer here since 1987. The pizza and salad bar was always exceptional up until recently. The service was always great as well. Not anymore. The food quality is now dismal and the staff is angry and outright hostile.The salad bar was absolutely disgusting with rotten lettuce and other things that were obviously out of date. Plus the pizza quality control and amount of toppings is skimpy.All that aside, the ladies that work here obviously hate any customers actually coming into the establishment simply based on the fact that this place used to be always busy and now it's empty. Simply not sustainable. They've ran everyone off, especially the manager lady. Twice now when I've visited she's also having a meltdown and screaming like a banshee at the employees in the back. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.The whole thing is a shame because it used to be a treat to visit here.
For years now they’ve always been short staffed but we kept coming back because everyone was always nice. Tonight was a different story, the manager with the piercings had a bad attitude, complained in front of patrons and was totally rude to people. I cannot believe she’s the manager!! They didn’t give us our complete order, they wouldn’t allow the boys to get plates from the salad bar when there weren’t any plates anywhere else.Hopefully one of these days they’ll figure out how to hire good management and staff so it will run smoothly and not be such a mess all the time! I’ve tried for a long but not going back now.
My family and I decided to get pizza here. We live out of town and thought this would be a great place to have a family dinner. We were the only ones dining in. Pizza was delicious. Place looked great. Cute little arcade.However our sever/cashier person (Amanda G. as shown on the receipt)was very rude! Eye rolling when we ordered. (We ordered 2 pizza's, 4 drinks, a water and a salad bar)And when she brought the pizza to the table I said Thank you. And didn't hear her saying anything so thinking she didn't hear me I said thank you again but still nothing just eye contact with me and with eye roll and she walked away. Never have I been treated so poorly when eating out with my family. The other gal with the face piercings was kind when we cashed in our tickets from the arcade. And the elderly lady who gave us the to go box was very kind and had a great smile great customer service. Not sure if Amanda G was just having a bad day or something but definitely shouldn't be in customer service if you are going to treat people rudely.
This is the best pizza place around. Pizza is delicious. They have a small kids arcade so you can eat and have a delicious beer while the kids play. The manager, Jake, is top notch and made sure we had everything we needed. Food is super fresh. 10/10 recommend.
This place is awesome, it's clean, bright friendly, and although they are understaffed they are always hustling and making sure everyone has what they need. All the games in the game room work, plenty of tickets and a nice selection of prizes.
This place is amazing! I got everything I wanted! And more! Workers kind and respectful we will definitely be coming back!
They were extremely short staffed, but did everything they could to accommodate the 25+ party. Outstanding job, Pizzas came out hot and on time. Everything was great, we would definitely eat there again.
Was very quiet for a weekday. Hopefully they keep busy with the local businesses.What I didn't like, no menus anywhere and no menu board.

The food was amazing! Though they don't have the salad bar right now they still have the salads pre made and they are fresh! The pizza was amazing as well!
