Got lunch from these guys and halfway through my lunch I bit into a metal nut fastener and chippeda tooth. From the get go the get go I was treated like a criminal. All I wanted was an apology and to be refunded my lunch. Long story short they ended up telling me that they weren't negligible and instead quickly pointed the finger at their chicken distributor. I am taking them to small claims to at least have them pay for my dental bills. I will never eat there again as the manager told me that they occasionally find objects in their food. Beware please ?.
I’m not sure what happened but this place has gotten really bad. I used to be able to come in here and spend around $8 on a plate that would fill me up. Now I spend $9 on the same plate and get under seasoned, flavorless entrees that are about half of the portion that I used to get. Along with that, the people there are very rude and refused to walk 10 steps away to get me some teriyaki sauce. This is absolutely absurd
LazyGarbage employees will gyp you and give you barely any food, won’t give you sauce for the teriyaki chicken unless you ask multiple times, asked to wait for the fresh chicken coming up and then watched them put the old in my box, ridiculous, no integrity.
Their food is always best. Going during peak times is best avoided. My mobile order wasn't ready for 30 minutes after designated pickup time. This is pretty consistently the case. Just keep it in mind.
Drive thru service is a joke. Take some pride in what you're doing with your life. 6-7 employees. I was first one in line. Told me to park out front and they'd bring it out. Exactly 20 minutes after transaction they bring out mine and other people's. Don't consolidate. Get the orders out. I don't care if you have to make extra trips - it's literally a ten second walk. You have enough employees to do it. I watched through the windows what they were doing the whole time. 2 cooks standing around. Manager standing around. The kid who brought it to my car looked like he was moving in slow motion. Complete breakdown of service. 2 stars because the food was good. 20 minutes is out of control. Real restaurants are faster than that.

Yeah I'm done with this location. Third time this has happened to me getting drive thru here meaning it's not an anomaly.I get the plate with orange chix and broccoli beef with chow mein/fried rice mixed for side. The first time I got home, opened the container and I thought I got an order or broccoli beef with no beef...or at least almost none. Shrugged it off...second time same thing and then again just recently but I have now learned how to add pics- lol.No joke I pulled out all the "broccoli beef" from its section and put it on a separate plate to show the ridiculousness. As you can see from below the section of broccoli beef was seriously missing the "beef". I believe there was 2-3 very small pieces. I mean come on! If I wanted broccoli as an entree, I'd have asked for it and paid a lot less. When I get drive thru from other locations, this doesn't happen- really it doesn't. I will never get drive thru from this location again. If I'm desperate I will go inside and watch them as that almost always avoids this rip off situation.
This is feedback for the restaurant chain in general, not this particular location. The online ordering system is seriously lacking and needs to be fixed. I tried to make an online order for pickup today and the confirmation email gave 0 instructions for what I was supposed to do when I got there. There was no explanation for where I was supposed to wait or how to let them know when I got there so they could bring me my order, although I saw there were several people waiting in their cars that they would bring the orders out to so I imagine that's the protocol -- you wouldn't know this from anywhere on the confirmation email or the website. I waited for 30 minutes out in the parking lot before I got tired of waiting and left. This really isn't the fault of any of the employees that were here. The website should be much more explicit about how ordering works and what you should do when you get there. Bonus points if they can send some kind of status update to my phone so I can know if the employees are working on my order or if they accidentally gave it to someone else. I will not be coming here again until they fix their website.
I came thru rather late in the evening. I have a feeling they were just trying to get out of there. Which I do understand but I feel like my food suffered just a bit. I was given no sauces whatsoever and even though their customer service was good, the experience left something lacking.
Don't ever go there 30 minutes before closing time. You'll only get left over not worthed to pay full price for
