I'll start out by saying the food was great. We were very satisfied with the food and our server, Jansin. The Zuppa Toscana was fresh and our entrees tasted great! We used the waitlist option from their app and we were seated within 15 minutes of arriving. No concerns there.The concerns were on other things. This location seemed unprepared for the Mother's Day rush. They were out of wine glasses so we had to have our wine in cardboard cups. Then, they were short on breadsticks. We got one basket for our table with our entrées, not at the beginning with our soups.It was just some things that were off but the fact that our food was great and our server was wonderful, made for a nice experience.
Server was Priam. We were seated in minutes. Soup and bread sticks were stellar.Main course was fresh, hot, savory and gone in record time. Experience I rated as 5 star.Priam was very attentive and lots of fun. Best dinner out in a very long time. Thank you.
Olive Garden has limited their menu, but enjoyed that which was available. Cream chicken and gnocchi, chicken and pasta, salads and bread sticks. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed our early dinner very much.
The restaurants in Our area being friendly and courteous isn't that big of a issue. My wife and I find that Employee's in this area are more friendly and courteous. Its possible that, employees are a problem to find in our area I am told.
I've probably ordered Olive Garden to go a handful of times, but this was the first from this location. It was by far the best experience I've had with Olive Garden to go. The fried appetizer was still crispy and everything was fresh and hot. I'll definitely order togo from this location again.
Treated the fam here for the first time ever. Fairly good place to eat with scrumptious meals. Our server gave exceptional service and felt like he cared about his customers. He answered our questions and when he didn't know he asked kitchen to verify. He suggested certain foods or combo. He was attentive to our needs and overall enjoyed our time dining out as a family during this crazy year(2 of covid time). 5 star for service 4 star for food options (we did get the lasagne cake/dessert but forgot to take a photo since kids dug right in) as I thought they would have more authentic Italian type dishes. Will definitely be back sometime again.
Not really impressed with this visit..... have the same dish everytime. This time they have changed the dish...they are using their alfredo cream sauce ... rather than a lighter sauce with a touch of cream...big difference.....almost like love was not used to put this dish together.....everything was great ..esp their blacktie moose cake....which made my birthday .... Will think twice a about a return visit...
The staff and management here were amazing! They all went above and beyond the call of duty to make our dining experience enjoyable. I have multiple food allergies and the manager was so accommodating helping me know just what I could order, and then made sure to update the kitchen staff so there was no cross contamination. We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back to this particular location.
Man, since Covid this place has been kind of a joke.. I still enjoy a dinner here every now and again but for the most part when I'm feeling Italian food I go to an actual authentic Italian restaurant.
The food was absolutely delicious. They have the best Alfredo. The service was 5 stars. All staff I encountered were super nice and friendly.
