Great service delicious and healthy bowls and smoothies
I went here once with my daughters, we got a bowl and it was really good. Since then I’ve tried to go three other times after work. I get there at 4:09 PM since it says on the door and online that they are open until 5 PM. But each time that I’ve gone in it’s been a different person working there and they have each been more rude than the last. This last time the guy was so rude that I left and decided to write a review which I never do. Apparently they were closing early again at 4 o’clock. They’ve closed early every time I’ve tried to go. I think that it’s time that they change the hours of their store to say that it closes at 4 o’clock online and on the door or they could just tell their customers in a kind way that they now close at 4 o’clock instead of yelling. The customer service is horrible and they are never open. Definitely not going back.
Big no. Over $20 for two watery smoothies where I’m still chewing spinach leaves. Thought I’d support local but then found its not local either.Passive service and overworked staff. Classic dynamic of unreasonably high expectations during an employment crisis.

I have been here twice now to grab a smoothie for a quick lunch, and both drinks were equally delicious. It’s definitely not on the cheap side, but I think that’s to be expected for anything fresh. I’d love to come in and try one of their Açaí bowls one day soon.The staff is always pleasant to interact with, and the wait isn’t ever too long. But be prepared to be overwhelmed by the plethora of add-ins that you can use to power-up your smoothie (for an extra fee, of course). Do you want protein, bee pollen, spirulina, collagen? Uhhhh…. I guess I’ll have some Protein? Alright, will that be whey or pea? Wait, what? I just wanted a simple smoothie. Just give me my banana and mango. That’s all I want. Way too many decisions on not enough sleep. Maybe next time I should have some more coffee before I come here.Overall, great place for a quick refuel, just know what you want before you head in or your head’s going to spin.
This review isn't for the product, the product is very good. But the service is just not where it was. At this location I saw there was a sign that they are struggling with lack of staff, understandable. They have a note with altered hours that Google has not updated yet, so I called to see when they would be closing today and 2-3 calls were actively picked up and hung up after about 5-6 rings. I assume 1130am on Monday would be a time this store in Lake O. is open. If not, maybe at least have someone answer the phone to let people who are calling know, someone is clearly there, because Google is saying 8am-4pm open.It's left a bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because it's a regular favorite spot of mine.
Went in to order a pb bowl and asked for pollen and it was not added. I also ordered a protein bowl and asked for pineapple and mango into the blend and there was none. The presentation of the bowls were subpar, the fruits looked old and brown on the apples and bananas. I tried getting the buy 1 get 1 half off code scanned and I was assured it was applied and it was not. I didn’t notice the blend until I got home and ate it later on. I have worked as a server at nekter in Ca and would never have served the bowls wrong or in the presentation with old looking fruits, not sure if I will return.
I started ordering Nekter smoothies and juices while recovering from jaw surgery. Really wholesome food with great options to add more nutrition and the staff is super efficient
Drink was good, a bit pricy. Plus 3 people got served before me that ordered after me.
So sad to write this. This is was our GO TO spot for my family. Today we got runny bowls with a sprinkle of garnola on top and 5 blueberries. I'm not being dramatic. It was gross and terrible service. I'm not sure what happened but we are sad to see it. For the price of a bowl that's 1/2 full and runny - just too bad.
