For the price, literally could not be better pizza. I loved all the different topping options and everyone working was super nice and enthusiastic. Great environment and even better food. The house lemonade was really good as well!

Delivery Drivers Avoid this location. They have a newer crew that does not have the understanding of getting the orders ready on time. Not worth it! nothing personal against the new staff but they are not doing a good job team mod. avoid! avoid! avoid!!

The pizza is good, the people are friendly and service is fast. We always get the gluten free crusts (regular GF and cauliflower) and while they can’t (and don’t) promise to be free of cross-contamination they are willing to take care (glove changes, etc). We’ve been coming here weekly for years now.

Horrible experience. From the moment I walked in the door, it was obvious as to the staffs state of confusion, chaos, and lack of professionalism. The day I visited it was not busy, (more staff members than customers) I noticed that upon entering all guests including myself were shouted at with the question "online order" ? Hello or welcome how can I help you would have been a better start. There is no flow or starting point at this location, just staff running around in panic mode. I waited 15 minutes to place my order. After placing my order and waiting 45 minutes for the order, I asked multiple times as to the status of my order and only received the answer soon, we're busy. During my 1 hour visit on my 1/2 hour lunch break it occurred to me that these staff members have forgotten how to interact with human beings. They treat every interaction as a virtual customer .So finally after 1 hour my order was ready. Turns out the pizza was not made as I ordered it. It tasted like an expired frozen pizza. I must state that the pizza box was of high quality. MOD Pizza is just a fad and will fade to oblivion due to their lack of providing a quality crafted item and total lack of customer service. 7-11 provides a better crafted product at one-tenth the price, with no wait time and better customer service.
