They keep underfilling our sundaes and McFlurries. Here are two we ordered at the same time today. The M&M one is sooo unacceptable low...this is a photo before we ate any.My called to inform the manager and spoke with Lisa who said they're supposed to be this way. She was also very defensive and rude towards my mom.
Consistently short staffed with overworked workers - leads to frequent missing items from orders. We avoid this McDonald's when possible. Other customers (like me) are also ridiculous and insane to go there, so that doesn't help with Drive Thru or parking lot experiences either. Be prepared to be disappointed in humanity.
The staff was very nice with navigating the app when ordering breakfast so close to it stopping for the day.
What's up with the kiosk? Newly renovated, no counter person when I stepped in for a coke? Had to wait for the manager to take my order and then the next customer order. After 3 minutes a young man brought my coke. Sometimes technology is too much
My wife and I have been coming here for a few months now and let me just say. The people who work here are some of the kindest people. I have never had a bad experience here, and if they make a mistake in my order they are fast to fix it. They all have such great attitudes and they are fast as well. Life is stressful but I can always count on an uplifting experience that will always cheer me up when I come here. This location never seems do dissapoint me. It's hard to find such a good location with such awesome employees with top notch qualities.
Would give it zero stars if I could after the re-model. Prior to the re-model customer service was already scarce at this location but after the update when you walk in your not greeted by anyone, both POS say closed and you are forced to use the disgusting screens everyone touches (how COVID friendly.. NOT)I couldn’t even order the sandwich I wanted even though it is served all day as there was no choice for a sausage egg McMuffin after breakfast hours even though it’s an all day menu item?The manager refused to grant me the offer McDonald’s app sends me when I want to use them even though I have contacted support as the manager said to and I’m still waiting on gift certificates!
Food is fresh and hot which is a big plus because half the time or most the time when you go through drive-thrus fast-food the fries are cold or all the foods cold, this food with piping hot and made fresh to order ! The employee working the drive-thru window even offered us napkins and ketchup packets or salt packets which is awesome
Great customer service even though they were having to deal with remodeling.
Ridiculously long wait for a very simple order... I ordered 2 Mcdoubles through the drive-thru, shortly after 12 noon yet was forced to pull-up to the waiting area where I had to wait for a very, very long time to get my order. I didn't request anything custom, or special, just 2 Mcdoubles.
