Very tasty burgers even the vegan one. Cooked to order. 1/4 lb standard and the burger is thick and tall as opposed to flat with a larger diameter. Lots of options including toppings, cheese varieties, and they offer regular shoestring or truffle fries, on toasted brioche buns. Beer and soda available.
We go there so often, because my mom and my kids love it. I really appreciate that they have both quality beef and the vegetarian Beyond burger. The fries are really good. Love that you can get a lettuce wrap instead of bun for us low carbers ?And the music there is always great - if you are like us and enjoy ACDC, Led Zeppelin, etc.The free burger you get with so many purchases is awesome. Some say the burgers are too small but I think they're just right.The only issues I've had were from online ordering - either DoorDash not sending in the order, or them forgetting to add items to take out orders. Just be sure to check your order before leaving and you'll be fine. Staff is super nice and friendly!
This place is so inconsistent its not even funny. One time the burgers are cold and the fries are burnt, another time the fries are completely loaded with salt and the burger is completely overcooked and dry. This place was amazing and now I can only depend on being completely disappointed every single time i want a quick burger.

Sorry, I know it buyer beware, when I saw the name of the place Little Big Burger I actually thought there would be a big burger. But I paid $9 for one mini burger, it would cost me $18 to fill mysel
we ordered burgers almost every week. Quality overall is good other than they forgot to take onions out when we requested. And online order is always few minutes late than estimated time which is 20 mins . very delayed than on-site order which is only 10 mins . We used to give good tips now we stopped it . Could online order service be improved?
Great service and great food!
Food was moderately decent, but the menu is extremely limited. The crew had decent customer service experience. They did however seem pretty green all things considered. They all seemed like they were in school still or just graduated. I litterly made the Comment "this is like a Five Guys lite". I did however particularly like the burger I had ordered. Smaller yes but well cooked" patty and decent special sauce they put on it. As it stands I can bring myself to commit to three deserved stars. They have some work to do with the place, like the menu, some people training and maybe some more ads to get the name out there.
Marianna, was the chef who prepared the meal I’m about to surprise my kid with as a treat. I was gently watching the intensity of her work, how she diligently checked the temperature of the food until it was safe.Her folding of the lettuce wrap and the paper skin around it was akin to watching a fine artist.And the food per usual tasted mighty fine!!
There is this wonderful person by the name of Unicef. He explained to me that he was from South Africa and his customer service skills are exceptional. I hope this establishment continues to hire friendly smiling people like this gentleman...
