ICE CREAM REVIEW - When you tire of the hype of Salt & Straw, walk across the street to this local creamery. They have about as many flavor offerings as Baskin Robbins, but with rotating, local flavors, like Marionberry (yum). I much prefer handing my money over to these fine folks than standing in line at S&S for Bacon and Blood-Swirled Chamomile Cheddar Ice Cream. You feel me?
Turkey, cheddar and bacon on toasted sourdough and the Tillamook burger. The strawberry milkshakes were 10 stars...
The 1 hour wait was ridiculous, I was promised a 25 minute wait time, the guy behind me got his similar sized order faster than me. the food is criminally overpriced for what it is! This is the only “fast food” stand in Lake oswego, so I guess these people can charge ridiculous margins on their mediocre food.
Was working out here in lake Oswego on a job stopped by had the Tillamook burger with ? and ? was (amazing)the food here is a must try if you had not yet , didn't even try the ice cream yet but will be stoping by again for the ice ?
Clean, affordable, tasty diner experience. It has a nice small town vibe to it while having modern standards. If I'm craving a nice burger or classic breakfast on the cheaper side, this is where I would go.
I (Dana) have been coming here since I was a teenager in the 80s! It has changed very little since then, and that is a good thing! Now, I bring my daughter here! The food is very good, and the ice cream choices are amazing! The servers are always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. A huge thank-you to Jack, who was covering the entire restaurant and did a fantastic job.
My son and I had burger, fries, and salad. A bit bland looking but very good taste. Fries didn't come with salt which is sacrilege. Had to add some. Prices everywhere are out of control, so don't be surprised by the prices here.
Looks like Oregon ice creams available included Umpqua and Tillamook but no custom creamery options. Friendly service. Teen hangout type of place more.
Went in for a very late lunch - service was excellent, food delicious. I will return for another visit soon.
We tried this for the first time tonight. The food was well prepared, and the service was good. The restaurant is very small, but seems taken care of. Prices are a tad steep, but worth it. They have a spectacular selection of ice cream and treats! Definitely a fun place to visit!
