Got a $15 burrito. That's just a stock burrito ($10) with chicken (+$5). It's loaded up with uncooked vegetables, rice, and meat. It's not Mexican so there's no salsa, beans, or Mexican seasoning. Mine was supposed to have a curry sauce, which it did, but they used it sparingly. There's one culture I can think of that has been consistently vegetarian and that's India. They know you can't just have a pile of vegetables plain. They cover them in spices and seasoning. Freshii has missed this by a mile and delivered the equivalent of an undressed salad with unseasoned chicken. Even the raw onions were bland. How does that even happen?Seasoning! We need flavor and Freshii does not deliver it in their burritos.
There was no customer service skills with the employees in the store. They didn't greet us or talk at all, except to tell us the order was ready. Our order was taken via video call, which was super strange and just screams the business is being cheap. The food, although decent, was way overpriced. Evergreens (which is another expensive salad place) is a better deal. Get rid of the remote work for this job; it's weird.
Just okay. Expensive bland food. I’d rather make my own food like this for a way better price and more flavor from home.
Upon walking in my boyfriend and I were surprised by the worker taking our order via a video call on an iPad. We were even more surprised by a fairly high price tag for food that was lackluster at best. Our bowls weren’t flavorful at all and our smoothies were sour and didn’t even fill the cup they were in. The in-person workers were two teenaged girls who gossiped to each other the entire time without even giving us an ounce of customer service. In short, eat here if you want overpriced bland food bordering on culinary cultural appropriation.
Imagine spending your money at a place currently demoing outsourced call center cashiering for less than half of the local minimum wage. This kinda late stage nightmare shouldn't surprise anyone any more but you won't catch me with my wallet out at a Freshii.
Was looking for fresh, healthy food and I made the right choice! I was so delightfully impressed! The employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and let me try to sauce first.I got the bamboo bowl with green curry sauce (not spicy at all, just TASTY) and chicken. This was a generous portion, reasonable price, and so delicious! I wanna know what's in that sauce, it really made the dish!Looking forward to coming back more and bringing friends.Food you can feel good about. Highly recommend.
Per Google and option is to do a call ahead to the restaurant. However I called, and it went straight to voicemail. So when I went in and told the worker that I thought there was a problem with their phone. He told me that they turn their phones off during lunch and dinner becauae it is to busy. That if I wanted to place an order ahead I would have to use a food delivery service. I placed my order, and it was through a Skype type system. I feel that that is also just very impersonal. If they have someone taking food orders, and there are 5 workers there is no reason that they shouldn't be able to answer phone orders. It is 10.00 for a salad and at this point I don't know what I am paying for if you are not going to take my order and all you do is stand around complaining that you are so busy you can't take phone orders.
The restaurant was super clean and my first impression was joyful to have so many great healthy options to choose from. For lunch and dinner We got 2 salads 2 burritos & 3 smoothies... and the spicy lemongrass soup (my absolute favorite!) Perfect for a cold day!It was so amazing I tried to recreate the recipes at home for dinner the next day to save the money. And the buying, washing and the chopping of the veggies and cooking the protien was very time consuming.I love this restaurant For the time saving freshness & deliciousness!the food here It's worth every penny!
Got the Oaxaca Bowl Vegan with Tofu as my protein. Such a tasty healthy meal ?
I can't for the life of me figure out why there is now outsourced ordering with multiple employees working and virtually no one ever in the store. Weird and impersonal. The food tastes great, but the employees are lackluster and can't wrap a wrap to save their lives.
