Omg the cookies!!! The cookies tasted so good when you reheat it at home. I ordered 5 different flavors in total, my favorite was the lemon one, the lemon flavor was right on, the outer layer is crisp and the inner is soft and chewy, it is the best you can ask for a cookie!! My second favorite was the cookie dough, right after I reheat it, it was so chewy and I could not help, but finished up the whole cookie!!!!!!
While some of their cookies are not my taste (usually because of too much frosting) there are many others that are delicious. As a pie lover I have found Crumbl’s “pie” cookies to be amazing! Banana Cream, Key Lime and Boston Cream..delish. Their traditional snickerdoodle and iced oatmeal are delicious as well. As a cookie purist I really didn’t expect to like these but have been pleasantly surprised. While not cheap, a 4-cookie box is something my hubby and I share to satisfy our sweet tooth over several days.
Love Crumbl. Ordering ahead from the app is so convenient! & their curbside actually works. I can’t tell you how many places I do curbside & they don’t bring it out…. Crumbl actually does so you get hot cookies walked right to your car. Don’t forget to tip your cookie master! I’ve never had a bad interaction with the team members and I’ve been to multiple locations, so I fully believe they deserve a tip every time ??

I'm fairly new to Crumbl, but every cookie I've had had tasted incredible. Even a week later ? they're still great tasting! I was thrilled to find one near my home.
I love crumbl cookie. The staff was very efficient and moved my order ahead of others so I don’t have to wait. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It was so tasty!
Well I went to order cookies on Saturday 5th of March, they took my money did not let me choose then on Monday the 7th is when they was supposed to deliver because the store was closed never happened... I tried calling on Saturday and Monday just says store is closed, so I called the Beaverton store the girl was very nice said she would look into it. Then I get another hold for 30.99 instead of a refund. Can't get ahold of anyone at the lake Oswego store I tried to look up the corporate number and that didn't work I want a refund and a explanation.
I am absolutely addicted to the Crumbl situation. This place should be illegal! On top of it, their customer service is ?❣️ Two of the four cookies were not the ones I ordered online, they replaced them...no questions asked! ???
The only negative is when you can’t just have them all. The best cookies. You know they’re good when you go the long way home to swing into Crumbl!
