Haven't had Chipotle in awhile, this location did not satisfy. We had 2 chicken burritos and a chicken quesadilla everything was so so... Some how the quesadilla cost more than a loaded burrito?? It was just the same tortilla with half the chicken and cheese of the burrito, plus the worker forgot it in the oven and burnt it. The Chicken and guac had good flavor, everything else was just okay rice was soggy and tasteless.
Had to update my prior 4 star review. Not sure what happened here over the last several months but portion sizes are way down and I consistently get inaccurate orders now. Disappointing to see the decline. To their credit, Chipotle customer service always takes care of things after the fact but would really like to see things right the first time.
Just got home and measured the guacamole they put on my bowl, almost 2 tablespoons. This was after half a spoon of chicken, half a spoon of corn salsa, barely a drizzle of sour cream and a punch of lettuce. I asked for extra lettuce and he was pained to give me a tiny handful. I usually don’t complain about portions but this by far was the smallest bowl I have ever had. I was still hungry after I finished my lunch and that was after I ate the entire thing. $10.50 for a snack.
I love this place!! Always is delish!!. It was my bday the day I was there and it would have been cool to get free chips or something. Just saying. All in all food was amazing as it always is.
I rarely have such a bad experience in a fast food restaurant. The young man who served me was surly, rude and slapped items insolently into the bowl. I asked for more guacamole and said I would be happy to pay for it and he rudely flung a mere teaspoon into the salad. The checkout person was negative as well. I know these jobs are no fun. I’m guessing these young people are barely getting by on long hours and low pay. However with the generous supply of jobs these days, perhaps some people would be better served if they didn’t work in a public facing capacity. The salad was made with slimy lettuce. I won’t be back.
I haven't been to Chipotle for a couple of years, and last night we were needing something quick and easy. We ordered two veggie burritos. I am not being hyperbolic when I say both burritos were the worst we have ever had. There was not one thing that was redemptive. The rice was crunchy, the beans were cold, there was too much guacamole ( I didn't realize there was even such a thing but here we are), both tasted like an overpowering salty, cilantro mess. The atmosphere was sheer chaos. One employee's mask was barely hanging on. Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had
So I hardly ever leave a negative review but this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the 3 taco meal and had to ask for more toppings on each taco. It was like they were rationing food. It also felt like had had to beg to get an average amount of food on each taco. It honestly was a little surreal.
If you ever order a burrito just get a burrito bowl with a side tortilla. They will give you what you ask for if you get a bowl. Otherwise your likely to get half a burrito instead of one with a decent amount of filling. Even asking for extra doesn’t work. Half a scoop is what you get on a burrito. Asked for extra cheese, no cheese. Extra rice, two bites worth. Where is my burrito? Literally took me five bites to eat all the fillings, not even decent sized bites.Edited from 3 stars to 1. Called the store and never answered.
The people touching and serving food are not wearing their masks over the nose and breathing on food. It's a pandemic and a highly contagious varient is booming. Unsafe and nasty!
Veggie burrito? Of course sir! Inside is a special surprise -- a big chunk of meat in the middle, wrapped in a massive jalapeno pepper, seeds and all. Called the manager and she plans on retraining the staff instead of firing her staff. We will never eat here again
