I was a big fan here, until due to COVID the prices were increased, portions decreased, and attention to detail seems to have been lost. The last couple times we stopped here nothing was correct in our order. The size of bowl also was so small. A large was maybe the size that my young children could eat. I ended up having to make a sandwich afterwards. It still tastes good, and quality-wise is good, but portion size and price will likely drive us away to make our own bowls at home.
I don't eat at Cafe Yumm in general. I only eat at this one. They are the best by far. Their seasoned tofu is perfection and I wish I could make it like they do.I want to give special recognition to Jaime. He is nice and amazing, knows my order by heart and gets it done quickly. Please keep him!
The food is healthy, delicious, fresh, nicely prepared, and fairly priced. The service is friendly. The restaurant is clean. It looked like it was still takeout only (or delivery) when we went on 23 Feb 2022. I don't think they do curbside pickup, and there is no drive-through, to my knowledge. We live to bring home a jar or bottle of the Yumm Sauce. The nutritional yeast gives it a rich and wonderful umami taste.
I used to eat here 2-3 times per week but will now never eat here again. Today I experienced a rude, condescending staff member who seemed to revel in upsetting the customer ahead of me in line. She got fed up and left, as did I, as well as the person behind me. Think about how many people these 3 folks will share their negative experience with.... Additionally, the quality of their food has gone way down, while the costs have gone way up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. It's time has gone and gone. There are several other options in the vicinity (like Baja Fresh) where they treat their customers well.
Person cashiering was nice and efficient, communicated well with me and cooking staff. Only disappointed because I come here all the time, got a big bowl as per usual, paid $2.50 for added chicken as per usual, and I had literally 3 strips of chicken. It makes me so upset lol. Consistency is key as they say. Despite raising your prices throughout the years I still come here, it's simple and delicious.. mistakes happen I guess. thanks.
The food is fresh, good, and relatively fast. Staff is friendly.On several occasions, however, something was slightly off on my order so I definitely recommend that you check your order before leaving the store. On all occasions that I brought an order mistake to the attention of the staff, the mistake was made right quickly.
Don't go here. I ordered a large original with chicken. The bowl was filled up 3/4 way and no chicken. I didn't realize the no chicken until I got home. Last 3 times I have gone here, they have messed up my order. Instead go to either the Cafe Yumm in Wilsonville or the one in Beaverton on Millikan way. The one in Wilsonville is the best. They fill up the bowl all the way and I have never gotten a wrong order from there.
This was my first time eating there had a choice of Subway next door but line was long and said let’s give Cafe Yumm a try and I’m super glad I did, there staff was on point and I got the SOuth West Wrap and felt like it was small for a big guy like me and ordered a teriyaki stick and manager said you want us to slice it up for you and add it in the wrap glad I did l!!! It was more then enough and best believe I will be back and I will try there entire menu. There food is fresh and healthy and can’t beat that!

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here today. The lady at the register wasn't very friendly to start. But ok, that happens. I was surprised to see the prices all increased since last time I came here. Ok, let's say coronavirus justified this. But then we got our food. The to go options here have always felt skimpy but today all of our bowls were an inch below the top. In 16ish years that has never happened to me frequenting cafe yumm locations. Then I realized my bowl was entirely missing beans a key component. My daughter's was missing her extra avacado. All three were smaller than usual. I don't know why this happened but I'm not appreciating the severe cuts in food and increased prices paired with bad service. I hope this changes.
