Placed an order at 11 am…an hour and a half later and I’m still waiting! Will never order from them again…
Good pizza, recommend the thin crust.
Frequent consumer of this pizza chain, usually at the local store every 1-2 weeks for years. Given a pickup time of 6:15, it's now 6:30, still in the oven. There are plenty of other options. One other customer in the store and staff goofing around. Sad to see.
I’m a part time Uber eats driver and this place is 0/3 for me on a satisfactory pickup. Two lost tickets so they didn’t even know the order was placed until I got there, and the third time they had it but didn’t start until arrival. It’s always a bunch of kids that aren’t being supervised so it’s no wonder they can’t keep anything straight. If you’re an Uber driver and see this place pop up as a delivery just deny it.

Haven’t ordered in a while and now I remember why. I called tonight and was told it would be a long wait. Not a problem on our end. I asked if I could still order and he laughed at me and said” it’s like a 2 hour wait”. I understand busy days but don’t make your customers feel ridiculed for wanting to spend money on your food. Never again. Just lost a customer. Train your staff to be better on the phone. It’s not hard to be polite.
The worse service I’ve received in an entire lifetime, sat there for 10 minutes watching 6 children slap pasta sauce on bread (with paint brushes mind you and I’m not kidding), to a girl never once acknowledging I’m standing there in line. It felt like they hired the entire lake Oswego high school and no one in charge. The guy standing behind me finally tapped my shoulder and said “has anyone even acknowledged you standing here?” And I replied “actually no, I’m not even sure any of them work here” and we watched the girl in the back drop a pizza pan on the floor and kick it with her foot under the table. Someone from the back then came out and asked if I needed something, I said we had placed an order over an hour ago she fakely stated “oh I just pulled that one out” as I stared at two boxes that had been sitting on the oven for over 10 minutes. Pizza crust was chewy, super greasy. Maybe it’s just this location and we’ve had Better in the past from bellagios but super disappointed overall. No managers seem to ever be present.
Chicken Caesar salad was really good
As a delivery driver myself I would expect good customer service and respect. These high school kids have no respect for others. They need to learn better time management. As well as when you estimate an order to be ready within 15 minutes and you come back to check and it appears to still not be ready.. This is unprofessional... I have other orders I have to deliver to ans waiting for over an hour gets my orders cold.... As a restaurant it is your duty to make sure that orders are hot tell they're handed over to the customer.... Better management would be best or train these high schoolers how to be responsible employees.. If you can't be respectful to your customers you don't belong at this establishment period. I run my own business and this is not how a business should be ran!
