My office orders from here often. Today, for the first time, we had some trouble with a delivery order (through BajaFresh.com) and Paula went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate her help and as always, loved our food.Thank you so much Paula!
Its was 11am I order briria tacos, I had salsa from the salsa bar... That night I was in pain and stuck in my bathroom. But... It's close to work so I'll just stay away from briria tacos and the salsa bar... Maybe
I was recently at this Baja Fresh location. I’m generally pretty happy with it but not this time. When I got home with my order, it contained the wrong item. One much less expensive than what I ordered. I called the store, and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I gave up after a lengthy wait and sent them a complaint via their web site. The auto reply I received said they would get back to me within 24 hours. It’s been almost a week now and no response. Poor customer service!
This location of Baja fresh is particularly substandard. They continually disappoint. Orders are consistently wrong ie no veggie mix in burrito, incorrect items. Today, the guacamole we ordered was not in the bag. When called about a takeout order which was incomplete, we requested a refund of the price of the guacamole and the manager refused that. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges. Would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere - I know I will.
One of the best fast food restaurants ever. It's so fresh, so nutritious, prepared with lightning speed!
Good service good food but don't have the chili lime (anything) it's very bad.
So fresh, and so clean! But really, fills you up too. Not real Mexican. Don't serve Orchata water. So, there' that.
My family of 11 had such poor service. 3 of our ultimate burritos had no sour cream which was on the menu and they were very dry. The manager Erica insisted there was sour cream and on all 3 you could clearly see there was none. She refused to give us any without s charge and argued she put sour cream on them.My family and I will never go back. I highly recommend you don't either.
I just love their Chcken Baja Ensalada with Vinegrette. Fast and courteous service.
