Terrible experience, I got the Mac and cheese with chicken strips, it was so bad that I only ate a few bites (I’m usually not picky). I asked for Alfredo sauce on the side, but they added it to the dish. At the end, I sent it (the whole plate) back and they still charged me 50%. The waitress was nice enough and it was towards closing, but it was unreal how bad the food was. Won’t be coming back
Stopped in for early dinner at the Applebee's on SW Meadows in Lake Oswego Oregon on June 12. Waited at the door for almost 10 minutes to be seated or even noticed. A lovely friendly server finally appears from the back, greeted us, sat us and served us. She had just come on shift and was ready to go. Very friendly, efficient server. Made my dining experience with my teenager very pleasant and enjoyable. Shout out to server Patricia B at this Applebee's!! Steaks were on point and cooked to perfection.
It took forever to be seated and on the way to our seats we passed multiple dirty table's. The staff was just standing around doing nothing while work was still around to do,making the restaurant clean was not a priority. The few time I have been to this location it was pleasant but this time I just left without ordering to go to a different restaurant
The food was hot and served fast, going for a late night dinner. With the restaurant being mostly empty, it was disappointing to be seated by the back door that all the food service companies use to get there orders. We froze all through dinner. Next time I will make sure not to be seated over in that area again, especially on such a cold night.
Seriously. I don't know how this pla e stays in business. I don't mean this location. I mean the "Chain" .How much more standardized can you get. How much more "PROGRAM" feeding can we put up with.Hate it hate it hate it......Order taker was a really nice girl. The young lady that brought me my bag was a joy.BTW. No not my idea. Friend wanted a not fast food burger and....... that's still what he got.... would have been cheaper to get lunch from Carl's Jr........
Great manager at the Lake Oswego, OR location. I ordered curbside, and used an incorrect app. The manager came to my car, showed me what my mistake was, and comped my burger. Very kind service…and a good burger too. I shall return!
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and got no bacon. This was to go. The fries were soggy and half full. I understand the container folds so less space but come on. I got no utensils or napkins. Never had opinions about Applebee’s but I have one now.
If I could I would give zero stars. Our waitress Victoria was rude and had an attitude from the second we sat down. She continuously kept walking away when we were in the middle of talking. Forgot to bring multiple drinks multiple times. My appetizer did not get brought until after I said something once I got my entree. They overcharged us for things we asked for but never received. We even tried asking another waiter near by for something since our waitress was no help and received attitude from him as well. Will not be going back to this location.
Went in thinking about one of their excellent hamburgers. Had a pasta dish instead. Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. SO good. Admittedly I was very hungry, but tastebuds sat up and said Hello! with the first bite of Mac and Cheese and the same with the chicken tenders. Very worth every bite of the over 1400 calories.
This place is great, service was overall good, food wait time was very short, prices are still very reasonable, and staff was friendly. Excellent dining experience at this Applebee's!!We stop frequenting Applebee's a while ago due to less than pleasant experiences at other locations, but this place is very different.So yes, this is the best Applebee's that we have been to. Great staff and very well runned!
