Half an hour to close on a Ruesday and this place was still packed, in a town where it seems like they roll up the streets at 8. Call your order ahead. Chicken was fantastic, and fries were still pretty crispy by the time I got the food back to my hotel room. The sauces are phenomenal. More food than I could finish for $12, will absolutely be coming back.
Chicken Shack has excellent chicken and other menu items. The only problem is chicken is much tastier in the evening hours than it seems to be in the lunch hour(s). The restaurant is always clean, decorated appropriately, and well maintained. Maybe a few more video games for the kids.
All I can say is Yummy!!Their chicken is fresh and moist and not dry and their staff is polite!Wish we had one closer to us!

Love the Chicken Shack chicken fingers. So many great flavor options. Fries are great as well - the garlic is delicious, the Parmesan is surprisingly good, and just plain is a great option too.
Took my kids here for takeout lunch last weekend because a coworker recommended it. The staff is friendly. The food was yummy & reminded me of a place back home that I like.

Never again going to this place. Spent 40 bucks on 12 wings and sides and they couldn't even get my order correct or have any hot food available or seafood. And all they can say is sorry we dont carry it tonight....
This might be my favorite restaurant in Klamath Falls. The seafood is great and the workers are friendly. I will definitely eat here anytime I come back to the area.
