Rude staff, went through the drive through and asked for a "bean and cheese" burrito. The lady in a snobby way says, "a what!!!" So I respond with, "a bean and cheese burrito please". The staff member says, "uhhhh a cheese rice burrito or a BEAN burrito, we do not sale bean and cheese burritos here" putting a rude emphasize on "bean and cheese".. startled I responded, "sure, I'll take one of those then" and commented that I've beenn ordering bean and cheese burritos for 20 plus years from tacobell. I then proceeded to order a "hard taco" and the staff member rudely corrected me and said, "they are called crunchy tacos"... If it wasn't for other cars already behind me in line and in front of me I would have drove off.
This place is atrocious. I was trying to get a drink carrier and was being ignored so I grabbed one and an employee took it from me and told another employee to throw it away because I touched it it seems as if out of spite exclusivly because i was an in store customer because that's when I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves anyway even at the line making people food so even if it was a contamination issue apparently that only applies to customers
First their hours are wrong they are not open till 2 even if the app says they are. 2 the workers are very rude they will point to the kiosk for you to order everything and don't want to talk and when you tell them you have a app order they get extremely rude about it. Me and other family member will not order from this store again.
Not sure why I continue to order from this location, they get my order wrong half the time, literally every other order here something is missing or just wrong...I use the mobile app and drive thru, the manager has told me it's basically my fault if I don't check my order at the window, make sure and correct it then and there...maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the price included customer service that provided for them checking that my order was correct and complete...dopey me...
If you are on this side of town and need a quick taco, then this is the place. There are several other places in the area that have much better food and service on nearly the same block. Bring back the volcano sauce!
Tacos are excellent....other TBs in area. TB is my go to for a quick bite. I love the crunchy tacos and I get points from the app.I asked for my receipt and was told it was in the bag. The wait in the drive thru was about 20 minutes. Not a big deal. I saw how busy it was...my choice to pull in.Pulled away, drove about a mile, at a stoplight i reached my hand in the bag for my receipt...to scan it. Not there. I turned around, went back and got back in line. I told the lady I didn't get my receipt and I'd only gone there because I get points. No problem...drive on up and shed give me a copy.I pulled up, she remembered me, and was very nice and apologetic. Handed me a receipt copy. I looked at it and showed her it didn't have the baroda on it, so I couldn't scan it.She lost her smile and said, "there's nothing I can do about it " she apologized again. I think she was as tired as I was. I asked her to get her manager. She was frazzled (probably because of the line) but complied.She came back about a minute later and said...and I quote, "He's busy and said he doesn't have time to deal with you."I was stunned. I told her I only stopped there because of points and I can't scan what isn't there. She said, "I can't help you" and closed the window.Unacceptable.
Out of the 2 taco Bell's in kfalls this is the good one. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito today. Received something much closer to a go-gurt. Specifically a hard tubelike tortilla containing a yogurt-thick brown liquidy ooze. Tasted kinda like a beefy 5 layer burrito. My body overrode my brain and refused to swallow. So my lunch wound up only being a flat Pepsi. Which c'mon guys you could at least get the Pepsi right considering you don't have to make it.
Continually disappointed with the service at this location! I ordered a bean burrito with no onions but add sour cream and I received the flimsiest, no-nothing, ridiculously unacceptable burrito back; and no mild sauce packets once again!

I had a very bad experience here as an uber eats driver. I walked in to pick up the order and the employee named Michael yelled to another employee, loud enough to be heard by the other customers and myself, that they were running out of meat and that I'd have to "just wait". He continued to complain and talk badly about customers orders. I waited well over 20 minutes for an order that had been called in long before that. The other employees were apologetic and very friendly, especially the younger guy running the window.If you're ORDERING DELIVERY or want to make sure the items are made quickly and in stock, I highly reccomend the Taco Bell on Washburn way by the walmart. They are fast, friendly and make sure they have food made according to flow of service.
