Food was great but service was soooo slow! Place was clean everyone was polite and friendly just super slow.
They are one of the best and healthy places to eat.

Popped in after shopping for a "quick" bite. Stood in line for 15+ minutes with only 4 people ahead of us. The sandwich maker was so VERY SLOW. Took at least another 7-8 minutes just for one 6" sandwich not toasted and one salad. Overall from the time we stepped in the door to meal in hand was nearly 30 minutes. One good thing was having time to catch up with a friend we hadn't seen in a while. Would've been faster to go home & make a sandwich there.
Very fast friendly service
So I mobile order my two footlong turkey subs at 7:35pm, Was told to pick them up at 7:45. Literally sit inside the store until 8:255 waiting behind only ONE person. I watched them make my sandwich two times over and toast it 4 times after I asked for it to be double toasted..(only because the last time I asked it to be toasted, it wasnt) and they still dont toast it. They say they close at 10pm, but was a sign on the door that said sorry we're closing at 8 tonight.. and then tell me I should be lucky they are letting me sit in and wait for my sandwich?!?!?! I got in there at 7:46.. GTFOH
I love it anytime and any day and Pilot is open 24 hours?
