COVID-friendly (masks required, staff wears masks). Friendly, helpful, plentiful staff.
Employees just standing around staring blankly. I placed my order and it was passed down and it just sat there and nobody called my name out, so I just stood there for about 10 minutes Bc I thought they weren’t done with it yet.
Need to be nicer to customers and not throw the drink at me
You can only get your birthday beverage through the app.
I came in on December 1st. About 10:30 Place an order and was told that they will not accept any hundreds I'm looking across the counter there was no sign saying they would not accept $100 bills also a business being open since 6 AM at 10:30 should have change for a 100. Lee watched the person in front of me pay with a 20 and you know many others had also. After telling you're telling the person I had nothing smaller than a 100 and I had no debit card to use they told me they could not help me so I asked to speak with AA manager a manager supposedly came out and his name was Chris and he also informed me They could not take a $100 bill I told him I would have to take my business elsewhere and that it was very unprofessional of a business to not have change for a 100. During the entire exchange nobody ever looked in the till to see if there was even change. Lead just denied for having a 100 Very unprofessional as a business had to leave a bad review

I always enjoy going by here! The staff are friendly and quick. I've always gotten the correct order as well.
I really appreciate the friendly service and the free wi-fi! The employees are so incredibly nice! It's a great space for me to get some work done, best Starbucks I've ever been to!
Speechless, not in a good way! Whole ordering in the drive-thru the guy said .. Thanks pull forward, and I wasn't even done ordering. Then, sat in drive thru line just shy of '30' minutes with 4 cars ahead of us. Seriously?!?! I am a VERY-VERY frequent customer and this is by far the worst experience. No opoligies, no smiles.
