Clean! Delicious! Friendly! Huge!They play great music, they have games, there are many big tv's to watch various sports. This is BY FAR our favorite pizza place. The staff is always helpful and happy. It's nice to be around nice people. Great food and customer service is their gig abd they do it very well.
When I first walked in, I wasn't sure what to think. At first it looks like a sports bar with the low lighting and dozen or so TV's surrounding the whole perimeter of the restaurant (all on a different baseball game). Then I was just thinking bar, with the full assortment of alcohol and beers on tap... but wait... there was a 5 year old having a birthday party, and an arcade area. They are missing a karaoke machine to fit it all together.Needless to say, it's a pretty laid back atmosphere, and perhaps that is what the owner was going for.One reason I picked this place for a dinner, was a result of looking at their menu online. There were a lot of signature pizza's that weren't the usual ingredients. I ended up with a Chicken Club pizza with Chicken, bacon, and artichokes and a creamy garlic sauce. But don't worry, they have all the classics as well.The crust was light and buttery. A tasty pan crust which went really well with my pizza choice. The toppings were plentiful, but their cheese was all below the toppings so, I had issues with toppings falling off. Picked up a fork... problem solved.We also tried the Breadsticks with cheese. Wow... I think there was more cheese than bread. The flavor wasn't bad, but I wished the bread was more like the crust of the pizza. But the bread sticks were more tough... not hard, just not as light as the crust. The dipping pizza sauce that came with it was a bit too much black pepper for my taste.... but that's me. But if I recall... there were a few sauces to chose from... so I could have easily picked something different.Seems family friendly. The seating seemed sparce. Not sure if that is a result of covid. They could have used more tables.The pricing seemed odd. An individual 10" was around $12, and the 'large' 14" was more like $23. If you had a family come in... you are easily going to need multiple pizza's and I think it would be better if they had a more affordable family size... but a 14" at $23... anything larger would be spendy!It's not just pizza though. They had sandwiches, calzones, fries, lots of appetizers. I may go back some time in the future just to try something else out.
The first two times we got pizza here, it was cheesy and delicious, and would’ve been five star. This time, the cheese was so thin, it was almost nonexistent. We could see the crust on most of the pizza, and it is deserving of a two star, simply because the girls working were so helpful and friendly. I averaged the three scores and ended up with a four-star ;-)
About once a week I get the Boneless wings and jojos and it’s always excellent and they have great service.Okay I think they don’t want me coming here anymore cause they’ve gotten chintzy with sauce, just gotten worse and worse. So people tell you what’s up by their actions. Sorry I did like something here.
Friendly service. Fast and delicious. Fun games, pinball, donkey kong and a few others. Chicken club pizza was good. Lemon pepper wings were great.
Disappointed. Not sure who left these positive reviews. Maybe it was people the place paid to make positive reviews? My pizza didnt look anything like the other pictures on google maps. Pizza was slightly larger than I expected based upon previous reviews but it was not good. It was bland, plains, and boring pizza. The crust tastes like something that came out of a box, not fresh made. I would nit recomend or go back there. Oh and it was $19!
I’ve been to Sidelines a few times within the last few months and have had a pretty good experience each time. Tonight we had our first hiccup. We had ordered two pounds of wings as well as a salad and another side. Only the salad came out. After a long day and not having much to eat, I was pretty hangry. The mix up was quite interesting and we did have to wait quite a while for food from start to finish. SO WHY THE FIVE STARS?!I own and operate A-1 Carpet Cleaning here in the Klamath Basin. I know how customers can get when a misunderstanding happens. I also know the value of great employees…..Josh. This man came out of the kitchen and ran around trying to figure out what happened. Not only did he put in more effort than I had seen in most places, but he made it more than right. It’s employees like him that create the experience that makes me want to return. I will 100% be a return customer to Sidelines. They’re wings are amazing by the way!
Overall, the pizza is quite good. For some reason it’s not served piping hot. It’s almost as if the pizzas are allowed to rest prior to serving. Everytime I’ve eaten there my pizza was never served hot. It’s just weird. Even during a slow time for the kitchen the pizza is served ‘cool’. I didn’t say cold, but cool. The pizza should go from oven to customer as quickly as possible.The service isn’t great. You get better service at Jimmy John’s or even Dennys. I’m not saying it’s terrible, but it could be much better. I would describe the customer service as “Klamathy” so locals will understand. It’s as if someone just stumbled into restaurant ownership without real prior service industry experience.The good news: it’s fixable. Will it get fixed? It’s Klamath so probably not. But hey, the customer service is better than Wingers ever was so they could possibly scrape by as is.Serve the pizza hot and improve the customer service and I will rate higher than a 3 star. Dirty tables also should be bussed in a realistic time frame. The tables sat un—bussed for all of my entire visits. The staff was not busy either based on my personal service industry experience.The place has huge potential to be a mainstay in Klamath Falls for a long time if the owner or manager recognizes these problems and fixes them. Me? I vote with my feet.
Great place with friends or family. Love the pepperoni pizza! It has a small gaming area for kids, full bar for adults, and slot machines. The only complaint I had the last visit, chicken wings were oddly iced cold. Pizza was great as always though! My son loves to play the games!
Great food, I got the boneless wings and a cheese pizza!!!! Definitely grab it your self cuz the delivery person took to long, but I was glad I had a microwave to reheat the wings for dinner and the pizza for breakfast at my motel.
