Wife and I ate there 2 July. Wife ordered three enchiladas with no rice or beans. I ordered two tacos with one enchilada with beans and rice. Waited over half an hour before meal was brought to us - only five other customers in the place!! Beans were covered in so much cheese it was almost unbearable to eat. Rice was over cooked and dry. TACO’s? Tacos? An insult to any Mexican. Hard shell FILLED with lettuce and cheese with just a touch of the ground beef. Wife’s and my enchiladas were covered with a thick, melted cheese which made eating them an unpleasant experience. Over $40.00 for this meal. Won’t be returning!!!Klamath Falls has multiple Mexican restaurants and we’ve eaten in quite a few. I don’t understand WHY the food is that bad and doesn’t look or taste like authentic Mexican food should. Prices are way to high.
We ordered the fajitas and shrimp burrito. The food was hot and sizzling. It was a busy night and service was ok. Big portions
We enjoyed our meal here. I had a a burrito and he had a Tamale. We both really enjoyed and will definitely will be back. Staff was very friendly and smiling.
Waited 40 minutes for foodTaco el pastor sitting in grease & had no flavor. Wife enchilada suza, got 1 for $16. When informed waiter, got argument. Last time there was not good either thought would give another chance. Wont be back
There were 3 tables filled counting us. It took them 20 minutes just to take our order. Then about 30 minutes to get our food. Plenty of people working also. On our way out one of the workers told me merry Christmas? It was 3/21/2022 lol Gave it two stars because the food was actually good but they need some new workers. Order take out from here, or be prepared to wait a long time.
The staff was great, but when asked what was good on the menu, three employees said they do not eat at this restaurant and had no idea what was good. The food was bland, flavorless, and mediocre. I got the Chili Verde, the pork was cut into tiny pieces, half the size of a gaming dice. It's almost as if they took the chopped meat for a taco and put a weak tomatillo sauce on it, added rice and beans and called it a plate. I do not recommend this place.
Juan in the bar is a rockstar that will make you feel right at home! Food is hot, fresh and delicious! Pictured is a jalapeño margarita and camorones acapulca. Definitely worth the visit!!!
I totally can say that the costumer service is great, always on time, they check on you and make sure everything is ok, the food is amazing there’s a big menu where to choose, also the drinks ???? and the prices are fair. In the happy hour they give you hot wings and others stuff free as long as your drinking which I think is pretty cool. You definitely should go and try it! If u haven’t.
Carna asada El Pastor is amazing. Service is always unbeatable, tentative, fast and on top of everything before you finish!!!! Highly recommend and food is good!!!!
