I just had the police visit my house to criminally trespass me and my husband. Because we had to pack up our kids and drive across town after my pizza was over an hr late. And I was left on hold for 30 while I drove there. Came in still on the phone. And was told, after waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes in the lobby, that my pizza was dropped off at the wrong house. And that all they were authorized to do was give me a refund (that won't be back on my card for LEAST 24 HRS) and 20%off if I wanted to REORDER!!! This was a $50 order. All because the incompetent driver left my food at a house she was unsure the address of. Well pizza hut, Klamath PD had no problem finding it.

The cheese in the crust was grainy and very runny. Very nasty. Waisted a large stuffed crust pizza.

Have you ever has cold stuffed crust Pizza? It is disgusting 1000% . I waited for over an hour for it. It was COLD !! I tried to call the store it rings and hangs up... I'm so over this NEVER AGAIN !!!
I received a text letting me know my order was our for delivery! An hour and half later I had to call, I was told she had to have another driver dispatched, my food was COLD.! THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD WITH DELIVERING COLD FOOD AN HOUR AND HALF LATER.!
I ordered curbside contact less. I arrived 20 min after my order was placed. We tried to call twice to inform them we were curbside #3 and were hung up on twice never talking to anyone, finally my wife walked in to inform them we were outside and we still waited another 20 min. I am sorry but this is not how curbside service should work. So no I will not be using it again or recommending it. If you tell me I have to call the store to inform them I am there then someone should answer the phone. I hate phone trees that hang up on me and do not connect me to a person. They said they were busy, but lobby was empty and looked like three delivery drivers sitting on their phones. So very disappointed with my service.
Double check the order. I ordered a "Hawaiian Hog" (sausage, bacon, pineapple) but received pepperoni on the pizza too. Oops. Piping hot, quick, and tasty, sides too, but not exactly what I order. One of eight boneless chicken pieces (naked) was significantly smaller; still clearly chicken (not just breading), a good bite, hot and tasty, but others were 3-4 times the size.
Bone in wings were not available. I ordered boneless. That was a big mistake. Some of the pieces were so small it was pathetic. If I were a restaurant owner I would never have allowed that to be served. Pizza was great though.
