Called the store and every time they picked up the phone they hung up instead of answering. This happened 5 times in the space of 15 minutes. They also refused to honor the specials advertised on their website. The manager's excuse was that the specials are for internet orders only and he claims it states that on the website. That is a blatant lie and I have the screenshots to prove it. Fortunately they claimed my phone order never came through. When I called the order line back they read my order to me verbatim, and said the store was supposed to apply the promotion. I cancelled the order because they were going to charge me $26.99 for one 3 topping pizza that should have cost $12.99 with the promo. Went to Little Ceasars and purchased the exact same pizza for their REGULAR price of $11.99. This Pizza Hut just lost my family's business.
They never answer the phone! Delivery orders are always missing an item
Placed an order waited over 2 hours to call them and found out it had been sitting on the counter there because they forgot about it. Then instead of making it fresh the were going to send it out old and stale because they were busy. And now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back.. mean while I have a house full of hungry kids, company has already left.. and the guy on the phone sounded way to stoned to be working.. if that's what you call working ?
This has got to the worst tasting pizza to ever slither down my throat. The pizza was so greesy and nasty and the pizza was overpriced it cost me $40 the crust was doughy as heck i'm never coming back tk this piece of garbage place again i demand a refund
The service was very friendly and fast. The pizza was great and the wings were out of this world awesome!!!But, no beer.
I just had the police visit my house to criminally trespass me and my husband. Because we had to pack up our kids and drive across town after my pizza was over an hr late. And I was left on hold for 30 while I drove there. Came in still on the phone. And was told, after waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes in the lobby, that my pizza was dropped off at the wrong house. And that all they were authorized to do was give me a refund (that won't be back on my card for LEAST 24 HRS) and 20%off if I wanted to REORDER!!! This was a $50 order. All because the incompetent driver left my food at a house she was unsure the address of. Well pizza hut, Klamath PD had no problem finding it.

Have you ever has cold stuffed crust Pizza? It is disgusting 1000% . I waited for over an hour for it. It was COLD !! I tried to call the store it rings and hangs up... I'm so over this NEVER AGAIN !!!
