I used to love McDonald's regular hamburgers. It would be the only thing I would purchase from MDs. So the other day I stopped by and got 2. What a mistake! They were dry and flavorless. There was ONE pickle slice, maybe 1/2 squirt of ketchup and a tiny bit of chopped onions. All of this was in a little tiny spot in the very middle. The bun was as if it had been sitting out half the day, and the meat Patty had no flavor and seemed much much smaller than it used to.I paid almost $3 for the hamburgers alone.Yes I'm older I remember when a burger price was between $0.75 and $1. We're now paying so much for so very little.
Ordered at 2:55Claimed they were going to bring a simple order to table.3:15 I final went to counter and tea and sandwich just sitting there.Not even worth doing survey to get free food cause nothing ever changes. Learned how to make my own mac sauce, and breakfast burritosI don't need u anymore McDonald's. U r not worth my time.......And I worked for for 6 months.You have been added to my list of fast food places not to eat.Congratulations. Ur company will never change .This will.be my last review because I will not eat at ur company ever again.Ur morals have changed .Congratulations.on continuing to always be monopolized.A sweet tea and mc chicken DOES NOT TAKE 15-20 MINS TO MAKE.i know this for a fact. Miserable experience. Filed a complaint with corporate. On 4/11 I overhead a male manager be verbally abusive to a female employee. This was in the kitchen area. He thought I had exited the side door but I had actually paused to find my keys. Anyway, I heard him curse at her and she started crying and screamed something like "i tried, i tried, depression is not a choice." She was crying hysterically. I felt so bad for her I should have reported it but I didn't. For years I had been getting iced coffee from this location and most of the time it has been fine. A couple weeks back I ordered it and they handed me what looked like a completely different drink. The girl at the window said it was the right drink. I knew it wasn't so i asked for a manager. He said it was the right drink but with no creamer because the creamer machine was out. He gave me creamer packets to add and once i added them to the drink it was fine. I DID NOT return it or ask for a refund. Around 4/19 I order the iced coffee through the drive thru again and it tasted terrible. I requested a refund and gave them the drink back. Today 4/21 I went through the drive through and got my usual iced coffee again. I was going to give them another chance since sometimes a batch of coffee could be bad and it looks like they are training new people so i thought maybe the prior bad drink was a fluke. However it wasn't and this one was nasty too. I asked for a refund and a vile horribly rude woman informed me this was "the 3rd time i had done this and not only could i not get a refund but i also could not order from them ever again." WTH, why am i being banned and demeaned just because your location is serving nasty drinks. Like wow, just wow..seriously Mcdonalds this is the caiber of human beings you hire. Why don't you just automate the serving so nasty people like this aren't representing your restaurants OR stop degrading the quality of your ingredients just to squeeze every cent you can out customers? OR and this is just crazy i know(sarcasm)..PAY higher wages to get better quality employees!
Food was good, but service in the lobby was SLOW. Have to order at a machine and wait 10 minutes for a hamburger is a bit ridiculous. Go thru the drive thru since apparently they value cars more than people.
I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and my order was wrong. No one would answer the phone and the owners have not called back. I believe McDonald's should void these franchise locations because of high turnover rates, poor training.
This McDonald's has the nicest staff of the two. The remodel is retro and really keeps your eyes moving around for nifty details. Can't wait for the play place to be finished.
Food had little flavor and they messed up on my order.I ordered 10 chicken nuggets and I Received A double quarter pounder a quarter pounder and four regular hamburgers with a large fry and my Dr Pepper.
Friendly service make me comfortable
For 17.00 it was stale and horrible. Even the little hamburgers. I was shocked because it use to be so fresh and good. Very sad and I hope it improves. Wasn’t worth 17.00. If I was eating there I would of returned the food and wanted my money back. Fries tasted like grease!
They didn't acknowledge when I was in the drive thru so I had to pull forward to the window. Then I ordered a large fry and it was cold. This was the Avalon St location. I recommend the one on Campus Dr.
