Food was delicious and very authentic in taste. Both plates below are combination plates. We had the chalupa, soft/hard tacos, and enchiladas. I can’t pick a fav, they were all really good. The margarita through a punch—you can really taste the tequila, but it was very very flavorful. Worth the money to go big or go home. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be a place that I would frequent.
Birthday dinner for my husband, Brian’s, 76th birthday today. Delicious food as always. Nelly was our server and so much fun with her. Had big dinner and some to bring home for lunch tomorrow. Servers all came and sang happy birthday with the big Sombrero. Always perfect food, hot, fresh, delicious and the birthday desert was a big hit, as well. Thank you all so much for making his day so special. You guys rock! ?❤️
Not a great experience the last several times I’ve been. Poor service. The servers were rude, and very very hard to understand. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, and it took almost 25 minutes to get our waters. Margaritas were decent, not very strong and the strawberry one had so many seeds in it I almost had to chew every sip. The food was bland, unseasoned, and drowned in a bitter, almost inedible sauce. After we attempted to eat our meals, we waiting another 45 minutes for our check, and another 20 for someone to take the check to cash out. This is so disappointing because this place used to be one of our favorites. I hate to say it, but we won’t be going back.
Quick service, tortilla chips are not greasy and not thick to bite. We are visiting Klamath Falls and in all our stay here, dining in Mazatlan never fails. We’ve tried 5 dishes and all of them were delicious!
We have been there 4 times and the food was good untill today .!we had the shrimp wrapped with bacon a 24 dollar plate was burned and the meat on my partners dish was cold and made him sick. We spend 40 to 60 and expect the food to be cooked properly. Please help your kitchen you have a great place.
Mazatlan is our families favorite Mexican restaurant in town. We've been going here for 23 years. The service staff is always very attentive and courteous. The amount of food you get is generous, and they have good prices. I would highly recommend Mazatlan to anyone looking for great Mexican food with a great atmosphere.

Enjoyed our lunch here so much! The chili Colorado and shredded beef chimichanga were insanely delicious, the salsa was yummy, and the staff were all so very kind and happy. Definitely recommend, even if it is a little spendy (totally worth it)!

We are new to Klamath Falls and just had dinner for the second time at Mazatlan. I had the shrimp fajitas and my husband had the steak and Chile relleno dinner. It was amazing. Margaritas were awesome and the I can’t say enough about how great the service was even though it was a Saturday night. Our favorite new restaurant. We will definitely be back.
