Got our order wrong so we drove back though the drive through and waited our turn he tried to get us to pay again.when we said no and explained they got it wrong the first time. He said fine, shut the window. Then when he came back he forcefully gave us our food said here then shut the window fast and gave us dirty looks. We just needed our food fixed due to an allergy. We were nice about it, the attitude was uncalled for big time.
So we pulled up at 3 in the morning, tired and hungry. There was no line, which was super cool, until I realized why. Not only was the cashier ditzy as hell, she seemed high af, taking our order down wrong, interrupting us when we spoke, asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times. So first we ask for a milkshake, but the machine is down, okay I understand it needs to be cleaned. We ask for a salad, they don't have any prepped. Mildly irritating that even tho they have no other customers, they couldn't prep one for us. Whatever, we move to the window where we have to correct the cashier on what we wanted. She reads it back, and asks us to pull around, as our order is going to take a few minutes. She shuts the window before we can say anything, making us have to reach out of the car to knock and ask for sauces. We pull the car around and wait. About 10 minutes later, cashier comes out empty handed and mentions that she was displeased about where we parked (we parked one row away from the door because there was a creepy car lurking around). She then tells us that they looked everywhere but they have no jalapeño poppers. Again, mildly irritating. I'm a vegetarian, so there are only a few items I can eat, but I had also ordered a breakfast sammich, minus the bacon. So, the lady brings us out our food, and guess what? Bacon on my b-fast sammich. Lol. Needless to say, we got a refund on the two items. But the lack of concern shown by the manager or the employee was absolutely shocking. I've worked fast food for many years, and this was just ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Fast service. Seemed to be out of a lot of menu items tonight. Burger was over done and the grease needed changed but that's a familiar theme around here. Still pretty good.
I went to Jack in the Box on Washburn Avenue Klamath Falls At 9:15 AM. I ordered a supreme croissant mainly for the bacon. I got a sausage Patty instead. I figured oh well I'll eat it anyway. I ate half of it and then had the bonus of a long blonde hair. My hair is not blonde. I tried to call 16 times times and no one ever answers the phone
I don't eat out that often and it had been a while since I had Jack in the Box so I had some. It didn't disappoint. I got some curly fries, jalapeño poppers, egg rolls, and some tacos. All were good.
I’ve used the drive through a few times and the food is always hot and fresh. It’s one of the better Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to.
Takes too long and they get your order wrong most of the time, and I don't mean complicated special orders. I mean can I get a number 'x,' no alterations, just like the picture please. And it's still usually wrong.They've been polite and fixed orders. But I don't want to have to go through the drive thru twice anymore.
We always get the combo Chicken Terriyaki.We really like the food but the service needs some work.Our has been correct only 2 times but the food is good enough to keep going
