The food was amazing, but you better make time to wait. Wait for drinks, wait for food, wait for napkins. Our waitress asked about one of our orders after one of us had there meal. There were only 4 in our party. It's not like we were difficult, 2 of us ordered the same thing.
This place was recommended to us by the Msnager of the nearby Days Inn. It proved to be a very good choice for good Mexican fare and good service.
We went there last night for dinner with some friends.First of all The Iced tea was tainted. It had been sitting for days.The owner tried to tell us that she made it fresh that day.Sorry Lady but I've worked at Restaurants and your tea was tainted.Then 2 of us ordered the regular chicken salad.It was disgusting. There was so much water from the canned chicken the flour tortilla was swimming on my plateWe will NEVER eat there again.
Went out for my birthday decided on this restraunt. Ordered the fajitas for 2. Found out after 30 min wait they ran out of rice to serve with our dinner. Was not able to switch our order so we decided not to eat here. They were very nice about canceling the order.
Always my favorite place to go. Very pleasant staff. The environment is great! The menu has pleanty of options for all from nachos to juicy burgers...or even the best steamer clams!! You won't be disappointed.
We went for my moms birthday. I ordered a steak and the soup of the day. Best clam chowder I have had in a while. Steak was tough and not very good but sides were good and filling so it didn’t matter much. Wonderful staff and very nice environment. Recommend
Be aware, prices on the official menu on their website are actually not the ones charged in the end.I got the Lobster and Steak special for 31.95 (as advertised on their menu) but got charged 40.95 in the end.Lousy excuse was, that they "couldn't reach the person who created the website and ,thus, couldn't change the prices". Since "everything got more expensive and all" the new prices are higher than states on their menu...When I pointed their mistake out, they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it...after talking to the manager, they offered to "take a couple of bucks off the price"...Poor customer service, bad business practice and simply very deceptive.Food was not too bad after all, but overall experience was just poor...
Best Mexican restaurant in all of Oregon. Everything on the menu is amazing, great mixed drinks at good prices. Always the friendliest employees, with great service. And, if you want to alter something (add or subtract something) it’s not a big deal like some other places. I love it!
I went to El rodeo after they moved to Klamath falls. We waited about a half hour to get drinks. Ordered food and never received it after 2 hours. I asked them to cancel my order so I could leave , and they said I needed to pay for my drinks before I left. This was 2 years ago. I tried again with door dash. They charged me, but said our order was too late. I said that's fine, but they refused to cancel my order. I was charged and they told me it's my fault for ordering late. Over $100 order and I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund. Never again. Their customer service is so bad.
Best food in town. Had steak and lobster special. Perfection. As usual, the staff were amazing. Best margarita in town.
